“George and his coworker did a great job resizing and handling my wedding band set. They did a great job explaining the process to me and they were very kind and answered any questions I had. It had to be resized multiple sizes and you can't even tell it was worked on, it's so seamless and looks brand new! I definitely recommend working with them. “Many of you might find what I’m about to say to be rather strange…but I don’t own a single piece of jewelry…and that includes not even a watch.However, that has NOTHING to do with my review.As a tenant in the Raymond James Office Park complex where GESNER JEWELRY is located, I have gotten to know Elaine and her daughter…and in my acquaintance with them, I’ve come to respect them as truly authentic and “honorable” individuals; people you can very much feel comfortable with in dealing with either purchases or sales of importance regarding current or future articles of value.And I tell you this, because today, with ALL of the “overselling” of items and services that goes on with the increasing speed of our ever-advancing technologies…that it’s actually harder than ever now to find professionals whom you feel you can trust in and believe.However…as I said, right in the beginning…I’m NOT a gold or jewelry person…but I’ve always wondered that IF I WAS (and many people ARE)…just HOW would someone decide about the honesty of those business you might be dealing with.Well…ONE way is to read reviews of people who KNOW and have personal experience with them…and I’ve DONE just that, after getting to know Elaine, and coming to understand her personal thoughts and values about business…and life.And GESNER ESTATE JEWELRY has EXCELLENT reviews.So…IF (someday), I might be fortunate enough to have to decide to “make a purchase” of A “special” ring…(and I believe you know what I’m talking about)…the very first person I will be talking to about that…is Elaine Gesner.And that’s because I know that I can TRUST her to help me make the correct and best decision for the occasion.”
“Rick has been so great with helping my husband with his wedding band. My husbands ring was given to him from his dad but it was missing a stone. He wanted a matching stone like mine, but it was missing a bracket to hold a stone in. Rick was able to quickly make it all come together! He has also helped put my stone back in my ring. Very reasonably priced and a very nice jewelry artist! He is our go to person for jewelry!”

The gentleman I spoke with was very responsive, did a small fix and gave me a thorough explanation of cost and work that would be needed if the fix was not effective. “I was in Largo helping out a friend for a couple of weeks. My Wife reminded me that she was still owed a Birthday gift so I stopped by K&K on my morning walk. There were many pieces that I would have happily bought but just purchased one. I usually hate gift shopping but this was a very enjoyable experience. Keith is a true gentleman. I'm happy that I stopped by. If I didn't live on the other coast it would be my ''go to'' place for gifts.”
