“If there were more stars to give, I absolutely would! The UPS on Starkey in the Bardmoor Shopping Center has an amazing staff — always friendly, attentive, and completely on point. No matter how many Amazon returns I show up with, they never make me feel uncomfortable lol. I actually enjoy going to this UPS!

I wasn’t even working with them directly — everything was through a third-party vendor — yet when there was an issue with my mail, the owner, Stacy Holland, took it upon herself to Google my business, track down my contact information, and make multiple calls until she reached me.
That level of dedication is rare these days, and it meant so much. It’s refreshing to do business with a company that genuinely cares. They deserve ten stars if I could give them!”
“I cannot say enough amazing things about this location. I obviously do my amazon returns here (hehe) and they are fast and efficient. Recently I shipped something overnight from FL to AR (cost was over $100). The next day it was at the UPS hub in Clearwater at like 1p. So I knew it was not leaving the state - or at least not getting to AR by guaranteed 8p. I called and kept getting people over seas. Finally Alex answered- he tracked down the package and had Heather request it come back to this location so I can get it back. Heather also requested a refund for the shipping cost without me even asking. Now a refund check is on the way. Amazing customer service!!! Amazing Team that works together!!! You just do not see that anymore (post covid lol) Thank you!!!”

“Amy was so helpful wirh tracking down my package after I had missed the attempted deliveries. She spent the time hearing my concern as it was a credit card coming from Canada that I had to cancel while I was down here and knowing how important it was for me to get my credit card as soon as possible. She suggested I arrange having my card sent from the other location where it ended up, to her location which was closest to me. It came in a day sooner than expected and she called me right away and I raced down to get it before she closed. Thank you so much Amy, for helping me reunite with my new credit card”

“Very pleased with using Goin' Postal St. Pete for college engineering honor society apparel and swag! Simply emailed the shop and Shannon, the manager, worked to make the order happen. Very quick turn around time and much more affordable--but still professional looking--options available than on Custom Ink and other similar online services. Shannon even took time to tweak the one of the images so it would print and embroider cleanly on the tote bags and baseball caps!”
“Simply they do what they need to do well. Recently had a shipment delivered there as mu ups driver likes to deliver after 8pm and get creative where he puts the box. Box was there, picked up quickly, nice employee. Sometimes the manager gets a critism, but they do a tremendous quantity of packages. They answer questions, helpful to where. they are allowed to be. Remember it's a business separate FROM UPS and they have to rub it like a businesd.”

“So yeah… I needed to return about 30 individual items with their each individual return code… Thank you Amazon. Took everything to the UPS store dreading this whole experience in what it could be with the long lines and aggravated team members and such but quite the opposite. Walked in everybody was super happy and reassured me that I was not the only one to have this happen to that they were gonna take care of me super quick and they Definitely did not disappoint. Made this whole process that I’ve been dreading for over a week painless and quick and a smooth as possible. Shout out to the team here! Especially the young lady who made this whole experience AWESOME. She knows who she is and thank you again.”
“Angela! That's all I have to say! More specifically, and for context, I was in this UPS location in Clearwater with a colleague the other day doing a very complicated and tedious shipping thingy involving very large return items and AMAZON. Need I say more? Angela is probably the most patient and caring person I ever met in customer service. I spent the better part of my young adult life specializing in customer service and treasure those who do it well. With all of our frustrations (as you can imagine) and the complexities, Angela hung in there with us and got the process handled. We went in dreading the experience, were quite unhappy getting it done with amazon customer service, but left smiling, all because of the help we received. Thanks for making a potential train wreck experience into a pleasant one. Just felt like I had to take a moment to acknowledge because this level of treatment is practically unheard of today! “Aaron was very friendly both over the phone and in person, and he definitely stands by his work. I had a very difficult shipment (live plants) that unfortunately didn't make it to their destination without damage. I sent him tons of pictures and requested a refund, obviously assuming he would be like most owners and wouldn't make it right. He very kindly and quickly refunded me for the shipping service and the damaged products. It's unusual to find an honest and professional owner, and he is both. I'm located in PA but if we stay in the same area in the future, I would definitely try his services again! Again, my shipment was difficult and while I was disappointed the plants didn't make it, Aaron was very easy to work with-10/10 customer service. Highly recommend!”
