“Simply they do what they need to do well. Recently had a shipment delivered there as mu ups driver likes to deliver after 8pm and get creative where he puts the box. Box was there, picked up quickly, nice employee. Sometimes the manager gets a critism, but they do a tremendous quantity of packages. They answer questions, helpful to where. they are allowed to be. Remember it's a business separate FROM UPS and they have to rub it like a businesd.”
“Not a place you'd expect to find in downtown largo Florida. Little hole in the wall post office inside a hardware store. That's something you'd see in a small town. Loved it. Fast and friendly”

“Aaron was very friendly both over the phone and in person, and he definitely stands by his work. I had a very difficult shipment (live plants) that unfortunately didn't make it to their destination without damage. I sent him tons of pictures and requested a refund, obviously assuming he would be like most owners and wouldn't make it right. He very kindly and quickly refunded me for the shipping service and the damaged products. It's unusual to find an honest and professional owner, and he is both. I'm located in PA but if we stay in the same area in the future, I would definitely try his services again! Again, my shipment was difficult and while I was disappointed the plants didn't make it, Aaron was very easy to work with-10/10 customer service. Highly recommend!”

“Julian is awesome! I print large format artwork at FedEx often. Today I had to print a big order of images in a variety of different sizes. Julian was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He also is friendly and very knowledgeable about the various options regarding paper, ink and the tech (printers, computers etc). He was able to troubleshoot all kinds of issues very efficiently. The store was busy with many customers, and he seemed to be the only employee working, but he kept a positive attitude and was able to bounce between the various customers and keep the whole operation moving very efficiently. I hope the local store manager knows they are lucky to have Julian at this location! Thanks”
“if you didn't already know where this place is you really can't find it. It is located in the back of a couple of big warehouses with signage on the northwest part of the building. No signage on the street or anything. Luckily my gps app got me mostly there and I used google maps to find out where it was beforehand, if someone were to be given the address and blindly go there they surely would be lost. Staff was friendly enough and I was given my package quickly, so there is that.”

“I cannot say enough amazing things about this location. I obviously do my amazon returns here (hehe) and they are fast and efficient. Recently I shipped something overnight from FL to AR (cost was over $100). The next day it was at the UPS hub in Clearwater at like 1p. So I knew it was not leaving the state - or at least not getting to AR by guaranteed 8p. I called and kept getting people over seas. Finally Alex answered- he tracked down the package and had Heather request it come back to this location so I can get it back. Heather also requested a refund for the shipping cost without me even asking. Now a refund check is on the way. Amazing customer service!!! Amazing Team that works together!!! You just do not see that anymore (post covid lol) Thank you!!!”
