“Aaron was very friendly both over the phone and in person, and he definitely stands by his work. I had a very difficult shipment (live plants) that unfortunately didn't make it to their destination without damage. I sent him tons of pictures and requested a refund, obviously assuming he would be like most owners and wouldn't make it right. He very kindly and quickly refunded me for the shipping service and the damaged products. It's unusual to find an honest and professional owner, and he is both. I'm located in PA but if we stay in the same area in the future, I would definitely try his services again! Again, my shipment was difficult and while I was disappointed the plants didn't make it, Aaron was very easy to work with-10/10 customer service. Highly recommend!”

“if you didn't already know where this place is you really can't find it. It is located in the back of a couple of big warehouses with signage on the northwest part of the building. No signage on the street or anything. Luckily my gps app got me mostly there and I used google maps to find out where it was beforehand, if someone were to be given the address and blindly go there they surely would be lost. Staff was friendly enough and I was given my package quickly, so there is that.”
