“Recently had the opportunity to to purchase a used golf cart at a great price and on arrival the batteries were dead. The Battery Boys showed up ( Shayne) and were able to work with me to help get the golf cart rewired for new batteries installed. They even picked up the golf cart and delivered it to me after installing the new batteries.
Richard showed up to drop off the cart and not only provided information about what they did but also how to care for the batteries and helped me learn more about the cart itself. They really went above and beyond and have a customer for life. Greatly appreciated!”
“Wow.... I haven't seen this kind of service in years. Friendly, capable and knowledgeable. They give a great example of what customer service used to be, should be and what I hope will become more common instead of rare.”
“Larry was an absolute life saver today! My vehicle wasn't starting in the same plaza as O'Reilly's. We were able to borrow a battery charger directly from the store and get the car started. We brought the vehicle over, Larry checked the battery, found it was the problem, and installed the new battery all while being extremely pleasant. He was able to make a really awful experience into a breeze. O'Reilly's on Silver Springs has such great customer service!!”
“I normally don’t leave reviews but it is beyond amazing to finally be able to have someone be able to explain everything in Spanish. It may not b a huge deal for others but for us Hispanics, sometimes it’s easier to have things explain everything in our first language. And that is beside the fact that they price match on top of having way better prices than others like Autozone!I !! Thank you Gabriel for helping me n making it so much easier for me cause Lord knows that I know nothing about cars. I recommend this O’Reilly without a doubt n will b coming back!”
“Just want to give s big shout out to Bryan, Jason and Will. I couldn't ask for better service. These guys are veteran mechanics that know their shit. Got me the best deals on the best parts for all my vehicles. You need great service and good deals, this is the place.”
“O’Reilly Auto Parts is a reliable place to stop when you need parts, fluids, or basic tools without a lot of hassle. The store is usually well-stocked, and it’s easy to find common maintenance items quickly. What really stands out is the staff—they’re generally knowledgeable and willing to help look up parts, check compatibility, or offer quick advice. Service during my visit was efficient and friendly, and the overall experience felt straightforward and dependable. With a solid 4.4 rating, it’s a go-to option for both quick fixes and planned maintenance needs.”
“The best experience I’ve had at an autoparts store. Frank the manager helped me to the best of his abilities and made sure my car got back on the road before closing the store.”
“O’Reilly Auto Parts is my go-to store whenever I need parts, fluids, tools, or other automotive supplies. Most of the time they have exactly what I need in stock, which is a huge advantage when you’re trying to get a repair done the same day. If I need something immediately, O’Reilly is usually my first stop because I can count on finding it without having to wait for shipping.
My only real criticism is pricing. Some items can be significantly more expensive than what I can find online or at competing stores. I understand the convenience factor, and sometimes paying a little more is worth it to have the part in hand right away, but there are definitely times when the price difference is noticeable.
One other thing I’d love to see improve is how female customers are treated. Many women today do their own repairs, maintenance, and research before walking into an auto parts store. Please don’t assume we don’t know what we’re talking about simply because we’re women. More often than not, we’ve already spent plenty of time researching the part, problem, or repair before coming through the door.
Overall, I continue to shop at O’Reilly because their inventory and availability are excellent, but a little more competitive pricing and a little less assumption about customers’ automotive knowledge would make the experience even better.”
