“Wonderful experience shopping, very helpful salesperson! For a small fee they brought four rugs, a picture and a small table to my home to try and the decorator who came was wonderful. I ended up keeping the picture and the table, and I ordered a different size of one of the rugs. If I had decided against everything, it would have only cost me the small fee, and they would have helped me pick out something else that would work better. Highly recommend them if you are looking for rugs, or decor for you home.”

“We had never been in a Hobby Lobby before. I had thought it would have been full of model trains and assorted balsa wood. It is alot more than that. It is Michaels on steroids, combined with Home Decor. The " Spring Sale" was in progress when we visited, a large percentage of the overall inventory reduced. Super large, very clean, very well-stocked, pleasant cashier. 9:1 female to male fellow shoppers, certainly no radio controlled car sausage festival type place.”

“The Ocala store is twice the size of the one in Lady Lake. Also, the customer service was so much better. We are building a log home in Wildwood, and I plan on spending lots of money there to decorate the inside. Lady Lake employee didn't seem to care or try to find another store that carried the highland cow print that I wanted. However, the store in Ocala made the effort to locate and had it delivered to their store 2 days later. I will be doing the rest of my shopping at the Ocala location!”

“I met area supervisor at the lady lake store when I was having issues finding things, going over return policies and much more. I was a little bit flustered not with anybody at the store just with the items I couldn't find and Priscilla was honestly the best customer service worker I've met. She was patient she help me look for what I needed. And she always seem happy to help me. Lastly, I'm new to the area so I'm not familiar with the stores and everything else, But I can tell you now that I will continue shopping at Ross solely because of Priscilla.”

“Very nice collection of consignment items. I purchased a set of China and some crystal stemware. There was a bowl missing from the china, and it was very difficult to get an answer regarding the missing bowl. Finally, after weeks and several requests, the bowl was never found. However, I give them top marks for the quality and quantity of beautiful items! Very reasonable prices.”

“My fiancé and I came into the store set out to take part of the Memorial Day special of 50% off one of sleep numbers flagship models. Craig greeted us as soon as we walked into the store, and took us to find our “sleep number”. From there he showed us the bed on special which we came in for. We quickly found out the bed on special was too soft for our liking, and he took the time to show us each model individually and find what our perfect mattress was. He had no hesitation to spend the time with us to make sure our experience and mattress choice were nothing but top notch. His customer service is excellent and I would recommend anyone looking for a mattress to go buy one from him.”
