“I love this store, food items are almost half the price then other grocery stores. The food is in all ways similar to a regular American grocery store, however the majority of food items come from europe, so are minus the toxic additives and extra sugars that is in so much American food. The food is fresh, healthier, and tastes better.
This place is a treasure chest, very thankful for it.”

“Aldis is great with their produce and their pricing is awesome. Their meats are pretty good and their coal cuts also are good pricing on a lot of things. Aldis is the place to go when it comes to their cereals. They were all so good and forgetting about the name brand the product is good.It delivers well, so for anybody that's thinking about going to Aldis just go, you will save a bunch of money”

“I have been coming to this Publix for over 11 years now and have never had a bad experience. Working for a company that is in the same parking lot, I have come to know and enjoy speaking with many of the staff at this location. Today, I had the pleasure of meeting April in the Deli who made my Ultimate sub to perfection. Her customer service skills are far superior to what I have come to find and expect from today’s customer service personnel. I watched her assist the guest in front of me who was picking up a pre-order. She went above and beyond to explain not only what she had in the containers that he had ordered, but also personally placed each of the ordered items into his cart before asking if there were any questions or anything else that she could assist with. As he left the Deli area, she came by the Sub area to apologize for the wait and let me know she would be right with me as she went to wash her hands before making my sub.
The details she went through while making my sub were awesome. I asked for regular mayo on the bottom of the bread, and spicy mayo on the top. Once she completed that, she took the time to close the sub to spread the two and marry them together. Then as she layered each of the requested items onto my sub, she went as far as to make sure that every item would be in every possible bite and even squeezed the banana peppers and pickles, so it did not make the sub “soggy”. Being in the customer service industry, I certainly let her know that she impressed me, I even went as far as mentioning that I had wished I could find a couple “Aprils” in some of my 9 restaurants that I oversee.
I did speak with someone up front in Customer Service regarding my experience, but I wanted to make sure I also gave the kudos online for everyone to see how awesome April is, at what she does. This is just another example of, where shopping is a pleasure at our local Publix in Spanish Plains off Bella Cruz Dr.

“This store is so weird sometimes they deliver on point with their sub orders. I always use the app and order way ahead of time. Sometimes they are in the shoot no issues. But it happens a bunch like today 3:25pm pickup and it’s 3:40 and they are just starting it. Hey I’ll give them a break, I get it but it happens more than it should
Update: they still struggle with having online pub subs ready when it comes time to pick up.
But I’ve had 2 interactions with Ryan the store manager and they’ve both been pleasant so I’m adding 2 stars”

“My insurance only allows me to use a specific pharmacy, so I have to pay out of pocket to use Publix Pharmacy — but it is absolutely worth it! The service is always excellent.
Lisa L. takes the extra time to help me find the best prices and is consistently so kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She truly knows her job well and makes every visit a great experience.

“This is the only place a snobird from Pennsylvania can find that Amish delite, Lebanon Bologna. But the kids working behind the counter had no idea what it is. I even stood there and pointed right at it and he still wanted me to have the minced bologna. He gave up after 3 tries poolto sell me something besides what I wanted. He just walked away. Blew me off. Ok, so after 15 minutes of waiting for the young lady helping others. I then told her what I wanted and she turned and looked at the young man trying to help me from before. It was like, don't look at him, he's clueless. She didn't want to wait on me, but I said, just give me a pound of Lebanon Bologna and I promise you, I will never come in here. if I see you behind the deli I will leave.”
