“As usual, it's always a pleasure to use the Quest services. From the ease of scheduling an appointment to the completion of check in and the services provided, it's always professional in every aspect. The waiting room and restrooms are always uncrowded and in immaculate condition. The wait time to be seen is almost nonexistent and the entire process is very brief and pleasurable. As I have often stated, many other businesses could take a lesson in customer service from Quest Diagnostics. I have experienced Quest's modernization over the years and have always been extremely impressed by how efficient it is. The staff is always friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable, and very professional with the job at hand. Well done, Quest! I highly recommend this business and give it 5 stars all the way!”

I’ve now been a patient for over 3 years, setting aside location and facility, I continue to be a patient because of the outstanding care I receive from Antoinette Frussinetty. She’s everything I’ve looked for in a primary care physician. Antoinette is professional, compassionate and she truly hears me when discussing my overall health. I feel confident that she is making my appointment time and my health her priority in the moment. Antionette is a rare find in this area and I truly appreciate her!!!”

“The two ladies Mrs. Alicia and Mrs. Cathy were saints when it came to taking my blood. So sweet and considerate you can genuinely tell they care. Mrs Cathy even held my hand while Mrs Alicia took my blood! Also side note looking at the reviews just because you don’t know the close time doesn’t mean it’s their fault.

“Yeah I showed up for my first time to get a blood work at this place. LabCorp and it was pretty pretty pretty fast compared to a lot of places I used to go to. I got there like 8:45 and I was out the door by 9:15. So unless you get experience remember well organized and did a good job”

“I got to tell you, these guys were the best! I literally walked in did a self-check in and before I could even sit down when I was finished I turned around to walk away from the machine and the door whipped open and there was Teresa! She said my name and I said yes and she said come on back! They sat me down they took my blood and I was out of there within 2 minutes The whole processed me 5 minutes and Teresa was as sweet as could possibly be! If I am ever to get lab work again you bet I'll be back at this office in Beverly Hills! thank you so much for the excellent kind and courteous service and being so prompt and speedy! I highly recommend this establishment!”
