From the ease of scheduling an appointment to the completion of check in and the services provided, it's always professional in every aspect. The waiting room and restrooms are always uncrowded and in immaculate condition. The wait time to be seen is almost nonexistent and the entire process is very brief and pleasurable. As I have often stated, many other businesses could take a lesson in customer service from Quest Diagnostics. I have experienced Quest's modernization over the years and have always been extremely impressed by how efficient it is.
