“My 2nd time using this business. I scheduled my appointment over the weekend for Monday morning. The Phone System was very easy to navigate and use. I arrived 10 minutes early on Monday. I love the Kiosk sign-in Station. It is very easy-to-use. Just remember to bring your Driver's License & Health Plan Card. Simply hit the start button, scan on both sides and you're done. Very convenient. I didn't even have to sit down. I was immediately called by Miss Jacqlyn. She's absolutely the best. She's very professional and courteous. Her demeanor is very caring and compassionate. She explained everything in detail before she drew my blood. I felt very comfortable and the area was very clean. Thank you Miss Jacqlyn for your excellent customer service and treating me like a human being. I appreciate you very much.”
