“While family vacationing in Key West is was was driving a rental and dented the back bumper backing up the car out of a tight spot the first day there. My wife and I were "what should we do?". We called Brian at All New Again" and we sent him pics. He said he could come out right away and fix it no problem. He gave us a quote. But he said before we have him fix it he recommended that if we used a credit card to pay for the rental that we contact our credit card company and see if they would cover the cost. THEY DID! We dropped the car off with the back bumper dented filled out some paperwork with the rental company and our credit card company over the next few days. It was all seamlessly taken care of. No out of pocket cost to us! My wife and I thought that was pretty awesome for Brian at All New Again to be so honest with us. I highly recommend this shop for work just based on the fact that its hard to find someone you can trust these days. Especially away from home and vacation and not sure where to go.”

He answered the call on my first try and we quickly found out I was in the wrong location to help me, despite him knowing he wasn’t going to get any business from me (because I was 6 hours away) he stayed on the phone for 20 minutes trying to help me diagnose my engine saving me tons of time and money. He really helped me in a tough situation and seems like a very nice honest guy.”
“I had Brett and Big Pine Marine install my Bob's Machine jack plate on my bay boat. Fantastic service! Brett called as soon as the parts came in and got it installed very quickly. They even picked me and the boat up at the ramp. We had to adjust the motor height and Brett dropped everything to get it done quickly and the boat back on the water. A++Thanks!”
