Horrendous customer service, useless video techs. Always a hassle when I require parts or any kind of assistance. Wish I could switch but have their equipment. ADT management, you need to listen to your customers or maybe you need new management team.

Worse company ever DONT USE THEM UNRELIABLE AND THEY WILL NOT TURN OFF THE SERVICE AND KEEP CHARGING YOU.

Bad experience with ADT. Go elsewhere for home security. ADT employee insured me that certain things would be included to turn on an existing system and billed me anyway. Customer service tells me they are 'unable to help'. I will be canceling as soon as possible, and hiring a reputable, accountable, local small business.
