I tried for a week to have someone call me back regarding a billing issue. No response. You would think that an alarm monitoring company would be responsive but not this one. I do not recommend doing business with them.

I love working at cops monitoring. From my personal experience all the managers are great and really care about you and try to help you anyway possible. I never have anything bad to say about them. I have to say that this is the first job i have that we work as a team and the managers really care about you.
