8/4/26 put on hold for 15 minutes on first call, second call reached with Ms. Leone, she is professional, courteous, and helpful and talked to relocation specialist, Mel, professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and warm! Awesome people! Thank you guys so much for taking care of my issues!

If I could give 1/2 star I would. ADT has terrible customer relations and are very deceptive. Shucks! I should have read these reviews prior to installation!
