“Carlos and Ivan did an incredible job. They brought very large paintings through a second story window with such care, precision, and professionalism. Living in Boca Pointe, where the community has many regulations and requirements, they handled everything perfectly and upheld all the rules with absolutely no issues. Their work was impeccable from beginning to end. The framing was absolutely beautiful and truly elevated the artwork. The designer who helped with the frame selection was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and clearly very experienced. You could immediately tell she has a strong background in design and truly understands her craft.

“I’ve been coming here for a while and feel like I need to add some perspective. The staff has always been kind, welcoming, and respectful in my experience.
It’s possible there was a misunderstanding in the situation mentioned in another review—especially if children were getting close to items in the store. In places with valuable or fragile merchandise, it’s not unusual for staff to politely ask kids not to touch certain things. Sometimes that can be taken the wrong way, but it doesn’t necessarily mean anyone was being rude.
From what I’ve consistently seen, the people here are genuinely nice. I just think it’s important to remember that reviews don’t always capture the full story.
