“We saw Gerry Williams, Stevie Wonder Hotter than July on Sunday, March 24th. Went with 2 friends. We all had the best evening. The band was incredible. They played all the old Stevie Wonder songs to perfection. The sound was excellent, the venue intimate, so that no matter where you sat you had a great view of the stage. We will definitely return to see another show.”

“I recently saw an amazing display of artwork at Blue Gallery in Delray Beach, FL. The spacious gallery.displays large (and smaller) canvases of vivid, unique abstract and semi realistic art as well as sculpture. The hand painted, bronze sculpture by Gadi Fraiman particularly delighted me. There is so much to see and be delighted by at Blue Gallery; I was in my element. Looking at the artwork put a smile on my face and joy in my heart. How can you not be happy looking at all the marvelous, innovative and sometimes humorous artwork.Interestingly, most of the art represented at Blue Gallery is done by artists living and working in Israel; this added an extra element of excitement to my viewing experience.I urge everyone in Palm Beach County to make Blue Gallery at 600 East Atlantic Avenue, Delray Beach a destination. “One of the things I love about Atlantic Avenue is the collection of art galleries. Avalon Gallery is a participant in Downtown Delray Beach First Friday Art Walk, which takes place October through May on the first Friday of the month from 6 to 9 PM. The galleries offer specials on work and artists have meet and greets.While eating lunch across the street I noticed the beautiful display windows of the Avalon Gallery so after I finished I had to come over and check them out. Avalon is owned by John M. Terry and Mavis L.R. Benson and they represent over 120 artists in the U.S. and Canada. The gallery is filled with beautiful artist blown glass in all price points. Glass is one of my favorite mediums so I enjoyed exploring all of the beautiful pieces. In addition to glass they also have jewelry, ceramics, lamps, furniture, and wall art.If you can't come to the gallery in person you can look at what they have available on their website but they don't sell on online. You have to contact them directly if you see something you want to purchase. They will also consult with you to find exactly what you want. You can really get the personal touch here. If you can visit I highly recommend it. You really need to see in person how these beautiful works of glass art capture the light.”

“Enjoyed the first showing in the newly opened Design District in Delray. The event was very well attended. The presentation of the artwork by owner Petrina Easton shows her talents as an artist as well as an accomplished event planner. The show had a great mix of sculptures and paintings and many pieces were showing the sense of humor of artist and organizer. A lovely evening and a good time was had by all”
