“Want to give a warm and grateful thanks to the customer service rep behind the counter. She was so gracious and accommodating. I took one of my many watches that I have in their system. I went in early since I knew how traffic is to changing watch batteries. Well I was in and out in no time and submitted my last Wenger into the system. Great service as always!”
