Coach Paul, has been doing great at pushing me to the next level. In the past I used to work out but never had the results I was looking for, so I turned to a personal trainer this time around. Every workout is different and Coach Paul targets different muscle groups. He conducts intense training that I've never done before that has me feeling sore (the good sore) after my sessions. Not only have I decided to join Coach Paul to feel great about my body, but I was also looking for a lifestyle change. I look forward to every session!

Coach Paul is the best trainer I've ever worked with, and I've worked with probably a dozen or so. First and foremost, he knows his craft and knows it well. I've seen him work with other clients and what jumped out at me most was how different he was with each of them. This indicated to me that he takes the time to create solutions based on who you are and where you want to go. In addition to his technical abilities, he has phenomenal interpersonal skills which I found quite rewarding. His emotional intelligence allows him to work with you regardless of your mood because he is constantly adjusting his approach to you to make your workout be a rewarding one. Are you having a bad day? I can promise Coach Paul will have you sweating, smiling, laughing (he is quite hilarious), and leaving your workout in a good mood.

Josue is the most professional, knowledgeable, and focused trainer I've ever worked with. Some trainers just go through the motions with their clients. Josue goes well beyond, giving me his total attention throughout the entire session, keeping the pace moving, and even checking on me outside the gym. He designed a program to meet my specific goals, has helpful ways to track progress, helps with nutrition, and it's leading to visible results. Josue has this great energy that keeps me motivated.

Josue is a superstar. He is professional, organized, extremely knowledgeable, engaging, and caring ... all while keeping the workouts interesting week after week. I started from a point of near-total atrophy having done nearly no exercise for about 10 years. I shared my prior attempts at getting back in to shape which always ended soon after they started with a lame injury of some kind. He took that very seriously and we started with a series of 1 on 1 session to get me up and running gradually, keeping it balanced.

Josue is very knowledgeable and engaged whether it be a group workout, a beach training session, or one on one. He will is always available to sit with you and address all of your training/ fitness goals, concerns, and needs. The training model that the program uses is perfect for not only building strength, but also making you a better all around athlete as if builds total fitness.

This man is a walking encyclopedia of incredible fitness knowledge. Coach Paul is an extremely gifted trainer, and exceptional athlete, and very pleasant to be around. Josue has been my trainer for almost one year now, and I can definitely see the results with my endurance, muscle tone, and I’m still losing weight. What I like about Josue is that not only is he patient and genuinely caring about his clients' health, but he's also incredibly knowledgeable in physical conditioning. On top of that, he is HILARIOUS!

He can be tough at times but nothing worth accomplishing is easy. I found the workout tough, like elite athletes levels, but I wasn’t hurt because he really focus on dynamic and static stretches to prevent injuries. I feel safe and with his positive energy, I felt capable to do new and challenging workouts.

Awesome instructor, used his services for my younger brother who needed an offseason trainer and was impressed by the professionalism and dedication he showed to help my brother excel with condition.
