Dilma, in the kids department has the worst customer service EVER! I made a purchase and wanted it gift wrap and was told it can't be done because it's a sale item(Since when do sale items don't get wrapped around the holidays) she gave me a box and told me to do it myself! Not only did she tell me to do it myself but told me that the manager is busy because she knew I was getting ready to report her! On top of that she told me the store was getting ready to close and it was only 6pm. Her behavior is unacceptable! My experience with her tonight was the WORST!

You know what to expect when you walk in this store. High end merchandise and prices to match. It is fun to browse here. I have bought some clothing over the years here. It doesn't happen very often. I do like that they have some brands of perfume I don't see everywhere else. They are very eager to assist in the beauty department. Not so much in the women's clothing. Lots of employees over there too.I browsed the shoe department as well. They have many different styles and colors. etc. The store is very luxe and always has beautiful decorations. I mainly come here to window shop.

So I recently purchased some shoes from this location in which they shipped defected shoes to my house. I return them to their store and they said that they could not process Venmo debit cards for refund. They made me take my shoes home and request for a shipping label which I did. It has now been six months they never gave me my refund back. They told me that they are not returning my money, and I physically went into the store and they're telling me that they gave a gift card to someone and that someone has spent it which would be their employee because I never received a gift card. Their employee manager has now stolen from me and they're getting away with it. I have never heard of this in my whole entire life over $350 Saks Fifth Avenue - Boca Raton has stolen from paying customers and all I wanted was a refund now I am out $350 and I have no shoes. Corporate will not call me I live one hour and a half away from this location and I went in there just for someone to tell me they'll take care of it and their manager blocked me on the phone. do not do purchases with your Venmo debit card or in general do not shop at the store because they have a thief who is taking peoples gift cards that they're supposed to receive.

The 1 star is because of the intentional choice to make speaking to someone on the phone virtually impossible. This feels very by design no pun intended. For being such a high customer service oriented business your corporate team really screwed the little guys. Since I spent 2 hours calling over and over with either the automative service just hanging up on me or every department just ringing over and over, I will not be spending my money here anymore.

Order in store at your own risk. They don't care whether customer receives Orders or not. I ordered a Byredo perfume at the Saks Boca Raton store because they didn't have it in stock at the store. Order was delivered package arrived empty no perfume full of packing tissue and bubble wrap. They can't refund or replace because they claim the package left their store with the right weight 1.6oz so there's nothing they can do said Marseille the Manager at fragrance department. She told me to file a police report . That means I just lost $186 by choosing to buy from Saks. I'm very disappointed at the level of service they provide.

I was traveling internationally in a few days and needed many things for the trip. I had picked out many items that were not my size but salesperson told me they probably had in stock in the back. Imagine spending an hour picking out outfits and then being told they did not have the sizes. Mind you I am a 10-12 not 22.She then proceeded to tell me I could get all the items online. Really? Wt... is the point of a physical store when they do not stock average sizes? Wait it gets better, I went upstairs to designer floor. Same exact problem!!! Plus, I had the pleasure of a snotty salesgirl who said everything was sold out that I wanted. Bullshit, I went home and saw same items online, in my size. I guess since I was not dressed up to shop ( workout clothes I was off for Presidents' day) . Nasty, judgmental salespeople who stand around and pre-judge. Oh, I had my assistant with me too!!!I was pissed!! Went to Bloomingdale's and spent 10 grand. The entire experience there was totally opposite.If you want to be treated like Julia Roberts in "Pretty Woman" go to Saks. What a downfall for what was once a great store.

Better selection than the palm beach gardens store, however very few things available in a size 0. Also it was near impossible to get a fitting room, yet after I finally was able to get into one after speaking to 3 sales people and a good 15 min later, the sales lady was only attentive when she saw she might be able to get some commission out of me because I wanted to buy something... but they didn't have it in store in my size which I easily discovered with no assistance whatsoever by going back to the clothing rack, so instead of this lady talking to me which I found irritating at this point- she should have been letting other waiting customers into fitting rooms. This is why commission based sales is a bad idea. I mean 2 sales people trained efficiently could have run a register and the fitting rooms, Now if they just left the fitting rooms unlocked/ there's one person more they could put on a register so people don't have to wait. Having sales people wandering the floor is just irritating at best. I certainly do not want or need any assistance when just looking at the garment selections. I can also clearly see for myself that the dress I want is not here in my size, and I have a smart phone so I can order online with absolutely zero assistance whatsoever. I absolutely did not come to the store to chat or make friends with sales people. so basically outside of the 2 things they are actually needed for- they all seem to want to just wander the floor and chat with customers instead of tidy up the store or work efficiently. Saks clearly needs to train their sales people to be less "friendly" and to just do work, not try to start up unwanted conversations. If I desired a more attentive shopping experience that's what appointments with stylists and personal shoppers are for... it should not be how the floor staff are trained too. Give people space to shop on their own. Thanks.

The worst customer service ever. The old lady sales knows nothing about her job, I don’t know how can she works there. I bought a lamb skin handbag 4 months ago, and I barely used it. However, the handbag already had some leather problems. I went to this boutique to ask for repair. At the beginning the old lady sales lady said she didn’t know how to deal with it. And then she said it took four months and I needed to pay 700 dollars. She was unfriendly. Today, I took my Chanel handbag to palm beach boutique, they absolutely had a way more better customer service. They checked my receipt and opened the repair receipt. They got everything done so fast. I would never purchase anything from Boca Saks Chanel because the worker here is unknowledgeable and not professional at all! Highly recommend shop at palm beach Chanel boutique, enjoy drinks and better customer service!

I hope Chanel see these reviews and revoke their licenses otherwise the name will lose integrity, I believe they sell used merchandise, the associate told me the bag shows signs or use and it was suppose to be new. I advise go to a Chanel cooperate store. DONOT BUY FROM THIS OUTLET.I bought a handbag from this outlet and it's was the worst experience after they have your money, T hey said you got 30 days warranty and the first time I use I notice faults on the workmanship I took it back and they said they cannot exchanged it, they have to send it to repair, brand new bag no I have a repaired bag and it was only 5 days after I called them to let them know what was happening

It’s with great disappointment that I share my in-store experience with the store manager today over at Chanel boutique inside Saks! I went in store to make a Return/exchange of a bag my husband purchased for me in February for Valentine’s Day. The minute I walked in, I felt like I was racially profiled. Once I mentioned anything about a return she rolled her eyes and spoke to me in the worst aggressive manner. Everything I asked her she responded being passive and short. She showed absolutely no empathy for me explaining that I was diagnosed with Covid and was stuck in my home country since March 1st. I just returned to the states on Friday. I know the type of training and rigorous interview process/scouting Chanel takes their candidates through in order to select the best fitting individuals. Customer service skills is one of the most important standards they strive to uphold within each team member. I’m sorry that Karen gets to represent your company in such a distasteful fashion.

The worst place to shop, once you walk inside the store and you are BLACK they treat you as if you are unable to afford absolutely nothing inside the store. Customer service sucks!! They treat Black people as a menace to society. I would recommend Black people to stop spending your hard earned money at that location.

Always kind and helpful love all the associates. I have been to other locations and alot of times the associates are arrogant and rude. If I see a bag at another location I want I always text this location to see if they have it in stock before I buy elsewhere because I like to support this location they have a wonderful team. I visited another location today and was reminded why this is my favorite.

I walked in wanting to purchase a bag but sales person probably thought I couldn’t afford it so they didn’t even bother the greet me, even when I greeted them they acted as if they seen a ghost….
