  Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Tried to open a new account as an existing customer and was told they did not have time to help me. They did not offer to schedule an appointment or guide me to a different branch. I am now questioning removing all my accounts from chase after this terrible... read full comment

  Horrible service, very rude. They have 3 bankers and only one of them is with a customer, they won’t take me because I don’t. Have an appointment I work Monday-Friday and today is my only day off. Don’t go to this branch they are very rude
