“I just wrapped up closing on my SBA loan for my business and property and I can honestly say the experience exceeded every expectation I had. Working with Paradise Bank out of Boca Raton was nothing short of phenomenal. From the moment I walked in, I could tell this wasn’t going to be your typical banking experience. The building itself is absolutely stunning, but what really stood out was the atmosphere starting off with a warm, welcoming, and genuinely enthusiastic greeting that immediately set the tone. This was my first major loan, so naturally I had a lot riding on the process, but the team made everything feel smooth and well guided from start to finish. Maria and Christina were incredible throughout knowledgeable, responsive, and truly invested in helping me succeed. And to top it all off, having Executive Vice President Kevin Rafferty come in personally at the end to congratulate me and shake my hand meant a lot. That level of care and personal touch is something you just don’t see every day. I’m genuinely grateful to have had such a strong, personable team guiding me through this milestone. It made what could have been a stressful process into an exciting and memorable one. I look forward to continuing my business relationship with Paradise Bank moving forward.”

“I went to the Boca Raton ITHINK FINANCIAL branch today to request a wire transfer. I been with this branch over 30 years, and never done a wire transfer. Met with service advisor Sonel Elisma. He was professional, friendly, plus confident in the wire transfer process. I gave him a document which had all the information he needed to process the transfer from my account to the receiving one. Everything went smoothly. Mr. Elisma asked me to verify the sending document prior to the transfer. I confirmed the information was correct on both sides. At that time, he asked me to sign my name on the transfer document. He then processed the wire transfer. He then gave me copy of the document that I had sign. It was my pleasure working with Mr. Elisma and would use him again if need arises”

“This Chase Bank branch has provided excellent service to myself and my friend who I was POA / executrix for her estate and trust. We have had multiple dealings with accounts, CDs, investments and transactions over the past 7 years. I want to personally thank Jenny Q, Junior, Rosa, and Vanessa who worked so diligently with me in the past 6 weeks to do wire transfers, close trust accounts and finalize the estate of my friend who passed away late April. I also want to especially thank Matthew H. / branch rep for the JP Morgan investment side. He stepped in when I was having multiple hassles with the corporate estate side - and he helped get the investment closed finally. I can easily recommend this branch for all types of banking needs.”

Her communication throughout the loan process was efficient and friendly. The documentation was minimal, and the rates and terms were among the best around. Technology made it simple to apply on-line, lock the rate, sign disclosures, etc. This was the third loan that I've received from Third Federal in the past 10+ years, and I would highly recommend this bank.”
