I am a Citibank costumer myself. I just went to this branch at Camino Real and Powerline Rd to make a deposit for one of my clients. For the first time in my life I saw a bank branch unable to make a deposit due by the fact that they have no tellers available. The only one that they have was taking a lunch break. Unbelievable!

Asa Gonzales was very helpful and kind accommodating us without any appointment done prior!She gave my child a color book to keep her busy while finishing up the paperwork!

The staff in this branch is remarkable!Ada will make sure your needs are well understood & served, especially for elderly clients.The manager Edwin ( Edward) is very present as well.I will recommend this specific branch to friends and family.
