Made a total mess of my mortgage when they offloaded the servicing of the account. Showed I paid off mortgage which surprisingly significantly lowers your credit score. Can't talk to TIAA because they insist you only deal with the new servicer. I wouldn't trust anyone this incompetent with a nickel of my money !!!!!!!!!!

they will never help you out or tell you the truth. I called to cancel my copier contract and they said to wait until the last 90 days, they they say I was renewed per my contract for a year because I had to cancel before 90 days. They lie to make money - stay away.
