Years ago tow center mall exspress was so inviting, so many beautiful cloths. Today I walked in and it was ghost land. Cold feeling. Horrible cloths. What happened to this store??? So sad on the new change.

What a horrible company. They have zero training. I returned something two weeks after the 30 days because I couldn’t make it to the store due to illness. I called customer service. They would not do anything about it. They will lose money for me for many years.

This place was absolutely unprofessional Jamie was the rudest she did not help in any way nor make eye contact with me also Juliana didn’t do any better but stare and make faces after this situation i will never shop here again worst store EVER!!!!!
