“Took my wife, mother of the bride dress shopping. Showed up for our appointment and was fortunate enough to be greeted by Veronica. This young lady was so warm and welcoming. She listened to what my wife’s vision was and kept bringing out options that were consistent with it. She has done this before!
When all was said and done.
We have another appointment with Veronica when the bride comes to town to tell her mom her opinion and a selection is made.
In the midst of this time of planning it’s nice to know, although we do not have a dress, we will on our next appointment.
This girl, with no pressure at all was a joy to deal with.

“Stumbled upon this hidden and gem of a boutique (sale rack caught my eye). Great selection at various price points and the manager Kerry was so kind and helpful and knew my size without asking and suggested I go out of my style comfort zone a bit which I appreciated. I purchased two of the items (a casual dress and one a bit more chic) she pulled for me! So many of these little boutiques in Boca are so expensive and off limits. This one has great quality pieces from all different brands and price points and even got 20% off a full price item. Definitely will be back.”
“Came in today to do some Mother's Day shopping. Nehemiah took care of the register area like a boss. He was professional, kind, patient and helpful- sometimes helping multiple customers at time while assisting his coworker. I got a nice shirt for Mom along with a wonderfully scented mango candle. Nehemiah helped us look for additional styles in store and on the computer. He is truly an asset to the store.”

When I was looking for some thing I needed an extra large he went looking through all the shirts for me , I like that service that’s old-school so he did a great job . “I was walking by their beautiful store and started browsing through the windows. The owner of the store's son was there and immediately engaged me. He was so inviting and quickly showed me the most elegant and stunning dresses. Everything is custom made and can be customized by color, size, sleeves, - essentially every detail. The dresses are beautiful! Do not hesitate if you have an upcoming special occasion. Customer care is extraordinary and their dresses are exquisite.”

“Loved coming here, just moved here, first time in this store, and the associates Camila and Mady were incredibly sweet and found me some great dresses on sale (which were cheaper than what's offered online. FYI- I'm autistic, and don't frequent shopping malls due to anxiety in crowds/big spaces, so this was my first time shopping in a mall in a few years as I usually frequented boutiques where I used to live and never shop in department stores because I find them too overwhelming, and due to struggling with sense of direction, I often get lost in malls and have to notate where I park. I have been an online shopper for years, but this mall was so chill that I felt so comfortable here). “I stopped into the Aerie just planning to be the “sidekick” for my friend who needed a bathing suit bottom for our girls’ trip. Instead, it turned into one of the best shopping experiences we’ve had in a long time!
Monica and her team were absolutely outstanding. From the moment we walked in, Monica made us feel welcomed and excited to shop. She helped us step outside of our comfort zones and encouraged us to try pieces we normally wouldn’t have picked up. It honestly felt like we were having our own little fashion show in the store.
By the time we were ready to check out, we loved so many things we were trying to narrow down what to buy. Monica told us about the discount for opening a store credit card, and it ended up saving us hundreds of dollars—so we were able to get everything we wanted.
Because of Monica’s amazing customer service and the fun atmosphere her team created, we actually came back the very next day to shop again! She truly went above and beyond to make the experience memorable. It’s rare to find customer service like that these days, and Monica and her team made this one of the most enjoyable shopping trips we’ve had in years.

“Sold a like new Louis V. Speedy NM (medium) and it was quick for the appraisal with the appointment. The offer was $100 more than what I was looking for so I was good with that outright sale non-consignment which was more. I just didn’t like the payment method took a full 7 days to receive. But all in all it went pretty smoothly and the staff were very pleasant and easy to work with in Boca.”

“I went to Boca Town Center Mall in the hopes of spending my free cash and coupons at Express for some cute birthday outfits and sadly I couldn't find a single thing I liked. I guess I'm getting old lol. Sorry, but acid washed skater pants are just not my thing lol So I popped in Francesca's on a whim and was so glad I did. Their clothes and dresses are so cute! They are not cheap but not uber expensive either, and they have buy 1 get 1 30% off full price items right now, so I found 2 really cute, girly dresses - one to wear out to dinner and one for the beach. They also have lots of accessories, hats, and even some kids clothes and random kids toys and stuff. The girl who checked me out (Mary? Maria? starts with an M lol) was also really sweet and helpful. The only thing that was an issue was a lot of the clothes I *really* liked did not have my size available. Mariana (M? lol) said they could special order something for me but I didn't have the time to wait (nor did I want to come back). But I did find cute stuff and I will return when I have another special occasion (or hit the lotto. Lol) The dresses I picked are hand wash only, do not put in dryer, so I imagine a lot of their other clothes are like that as well.”
