After I purchased a LV bag on Poshmark that passed their inspection…I was put off.. I had it authenticated by a 3rd party that confirmed it was not authentic. This was a $1,800 bag!! I felt the poor quality immediately. Sad…I was credited but do not trust other authentication services anymore If I want…previously enjoyed…I only shop with the purse ladies because they are only 100% authentic always I like vintage & one of a kind. I also like trendy & fun. The purse ladies have the best selections at very fair prices. Trade, carry, enjoy, trade in and buy again. Just a fun place for bag a holics!!!”

    “I went to Boca Town Center Mall in the hopes of spending my free cash and coupons at Express for some cute birthday outfits and sadly I couldn't find a single thing I liked. I guess I'm getting old lol. Sorry, but acid washed skater pants are just not my thing lol So I popped in Francesca's on a whim and was so glad I did. Their clothes and dresses are so cute! They are not cheap but not uber expensive either, and they have buy 1 get 1 30% off full price items right now, so I found 2 really cute, girly dresses - one to wear out to dinner and one for the beach. They also have lots of accessories, hats, and even some kids clothes and random kids toys and stuff. The girl who checked me out (Mary? Maria? starts with an M lol) was also really sweet and helpful. The only thing that was an issue was a lot of the clothes I *really* liked did not have my size available. Mariana (M? lol) said they could special order something for me but I didn't have the time to wait (nor did I want to come back). But I did find cute stuff and I will return when I have another special occasion (or hit the lotto. Lol) The dresses I picked are hand wash only, do not put in dryer, so I imagine a lot of their other clothes are like that as well.”

FYI- I'm autistic, and don't frequent shopping malls due to anxiety in crowds/big spaces, so this was my first time shopping in a mall in a few years as I usually frequented boutiques where I used to live and never shop in department stores because I find them too overwhelming, and due to struggling with sense of direction, I often get lost in malls and have to notate where I park. I have been an online shopper for years, but this mall was so chill that I felt so comfortable here). Instead, it turned into one of the best shopping experiences we’ve had in a long time! Monica and her team were absolutely outstanding. From the moment we walked in, Monica made us feel welcomed and excited to shop. She helped us step outside of our comfort zones and encouraged us to try pieces we normally wouldn’t have picked up. It honestly felt like we were having our own little fashion show in the store. By the time we were ready to check out, we loved so many things we were trying to narrow down what to buy. Monica told us about the discount for opening a store credit card, and it ended up saving us hundreds of dollars—so we were able to get everything we wanted. Because of Monica’s amazing customer service and the fun atmosphere her team created, we actually came back the very next day to shop again!
