“Suppose to be happy and joyful to deal with my purchases and orders the professional services of my floor changing projects, who knows from beginning , we had a frustrating, the restroom basins we want to purchase, only one piece in the rack, then the manager came to help, but he could not find the other five pieces they just received the night before. What’s the messy. Then we inquired the free estimation for my floor, the sign showed $2.99 sq for installation, then we got quote, we couldn’t believe there were so many mysteries fee in there, we ended in there.I will say, low’s return service is very good and helpful, just need to improve their management.”

From the moment she came in to do the measurements to provide the quote for my kitchen renovation, to the day she came in to check the final details of the completed install. Attention to detail, great suggestions and excellent customer service. I look forward to doing more renos with her. Definitely recommend them. “Great products and company. Exactly what I was looking for my shower remodel. I had a 1930s home upstairs master bath that tile companies did not want to rip out and tile for some reason. I used the MIrrorflex wall panels on an existing shower walls. Cascade 48x96" white. Easy to install for a non contractor. Customer service was very friendly and helpful throughout.”

“We were on a road trip to Pompano Beach and saw Home Depot and their garden center, so we stopped in. Our balcony could use a few flowers and maybe a mini palm tree. The sun is harsh on our balcony during the day and burns up the leaves. We looked around at their selection, which was good but not exactly what we were looking for. Their prices were reasonable, and the plants were being taken care of, unlike some other nurseries. We didn't stay long enough to require a salesperson. He was busy with another customer.”

A salesperson named David in Electrical Dept helped us and I just want to say he was phenomenal and provided Better than Expected Service. “Just bought a Weber Grill from the Coconut Creek Store on Sunday….delivered and assembled FREE got it today. Great delivery driver, very Helpful!! I MUST give props to the salesperson who helped me in the store. Her name is Katrina, this lovely girl went above and beyond helping us determine which type grill we wanted. She is an amazing employee of Home Depot! Hope the store appreciates how valuable she is!!”

“I was in the area visiting friends and they needed a new smoke alarm, so we all went to this Lowe's to check on the options. I helped them by getting on the mobile app and finding out the brands and prices as well as the aisle where the smoke alarms were. My friends were able to quickly pinpoint on the one they wanted and I was happy to be able to help out on the preliminary research task. Staff here seemed very friendly and hard working.”
