“I can’t say enough great things about DAX Tile & Kitchen/Bath. They didn’t do the installation—they supplied all the materials—and still managed to be the best part of my remodel. The showroom is stunning and thoughtfully curated: premium porcelains, beautiful natural stone, statement mosaics, and finishes you don’t see elsewhere. The team knew their inventory cold and helped me dial in square footage, trim pieces, transitions, and grout so I ordered exactly what I needed (no guesswork, no waste). Quality? Off the charts. Every box arrived pristine, color-matched, and batch-consistent; the slabs are dead flat and the edges crisp. Lead times were honest, pricing transparent, and special orders came in exactly when promised. They even followed up after delivery to make sure the material met spec and that my installer had what they needed. My bathroom looks designer-grade largely because of the materials DAX provided. If you want high-end product, expert guidance, and white-glove customer care—start with DAX. 11/10 recommend.”

“Joe in the lumber department provided exceptional service and went far beyond what his job required to help me. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I got everything I needed. Employees like Joe are what make a great customer experience—he’s not only excellent at his job, but also an amazing person to work with. Truly some of the best customer service I’ve received. Give this man a raise!”

“I had an excellent experience at Lowe’s with Tim Pro Desk! thanks to one of their customer service specialists. From the moment I walked in, they were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help. They took the time to answer all of my questions, helped me find exactly what I needed, and made sure I understood the products before making my purchase. It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond to provide great customer service, but that’s exactly what happened during my visit. Their professionalism, patience, and positive attitude made the entire shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. Thank you for the outstanding service. Employees like this are a big reason why I continue to shop at Lowe’s. Highly recommended! — Diego”

“I placed an order online for a couple of kitchen appliances. Right after the order was placed, I realized one of the items was setup for delivery, one for pickup. So I decided to call the store to rectify the problem. The wait on the phone was so LONG...it was ridiculous. I decided to cancel the online order and re-enter it with the right delivery instructions. The website is really good and easy to navigate...it was easy to cancel the order and place a new one. The delivery was smooth and they provided good communication the day of the delivery and installation....several texts and emails gave me a feel for when the delivery would take place. I also got a call first thing in the morning telling me the time frame for the delivery. Good communication.”

“We were on a road trip to Pompano Beach and saw Home Depot and their garden center, so we stopped in. Our balcony could use a few flowers and maybe a mini palm tree. The sun is harsh on our balcony during the day and burns up the leaves. We looked around at their selection, which was good but not exactly what we were looking for. Their prices were reasonable, and the plants were being taken care of, unlike some other nurseries. We didn't stay long enough to require a salesperson. He was busy with another customer.”
