“Pak Mail Boca Raton on N. Federal Hwy is fantastic. The owners and staff go above and beyond to insure your packages are handled with care. Plus they will even pack your items for a fee to try to guarantee their safe transport. I see large pieces of art shipped all the time, many suitcases being shipped too! Pak Mail also has additional services: passport, faxing, print something out...and much much more!”

They offer the very best in Postal Services and they treat me like I am family. They are reliable. They’ve created such a well-run, efficient system that makes every visit quick and seamless, even during busy hours.
What really stands out is the level of customer service. They’ve offered to help me carry boxes in from my car more than once, and it’s those little things that show how much they care. Whether I’m doing returns, dropping off packages, or shredding boxes of paper, they’re always on it.

This is a busy store, so I was surprised to read some of the negative reviews. In my experience, the staff were professional and courteous. honestly, it seemed like some of the customers were the ones being rude, maybe it was due to the Florida heat.”
