The scanner is broke for returns. They had me redo my return and print the label instead of scan the QR code I had.
They then told me after I printed the label that it would be a $5 charge. Deceptive. I would avoid this UPS store. It’s like they’re running some kind of low level scam.

I mailed two packages for a return at this location and only one got delivered. So frustrating. When I went in to talk to them they were unable to offer any help.
