“I went here to replace a 10-year old chair. Patrick, who took my order, answered every question and was meticulous in getting the measurements and specifications right. More recently I needed a very minor repair: a bolt holding the armrest snapped. He ordered a replacement and did a makeshift repair to hold me until the new bolt came—in and out within 10 minutes. When the bolt came in, he replaced at no cost—again, in and out within 10 minutes. It's a small store, so the floor selection is limited, but they can place orders. More importantly, they take good care of the customers as best they can. So long as the shop is run like this, I'll not buy medical equipment anywhere else.”

“I had a high impact leg fracture. The hospital wanted to discharge me with a walker. No chance, I needed a wheelchair. Luckily, the hospital advised where I could get a wheelchair. I called Mar-J and they delivered to my hospital room. I live in a condo in highland Beach and without a wheelchair there would be no way I could've gotten by myself, I have no family or friends nearby. Sometimes you need and luckily Mar-J delivered. I hope my words keep this company empathic to those who are trying to navigate through their physical injuries. Wade”

Mobility City was not only the fairest priced company in the area, but the staff was super friendly and efficient! They were so kind, and they went out of their way to make sure we received same day delivery.
