“I am writing this about the Office Depot/Office Max located on Biscayne Boulevard in North Miami, FL. I cannot recall the young lady’s name but I do know she is a college student who graduated with her AA the same time she graduated from high school at (SAS) School for Advanced Studies and is attending college in Orlando, FL the University of Central Florida. It all started with a greeting from her then finding out they didn’t have the exact toner I needed for my hp laser printer. (210A) cyan. The young lady helped me order the toner inside the store to be delivered to my home. I received an email with an expected date, to no avail. When I called I was told it was delivered. I never received the package and I asked my neighbor did he receive it and he said no. I called and spoke to the manager, Mrs. Patricia Mortimer who showed a lot of care and concern about my product and she called and was told the same thing - the product was delivered. I called Office Deport again the next day and spoke to someone who put me on hold a couple times and once he came back, he said the package was still at the warehouse and it was not showing as being delivered. He sent me a reference number after putting a ticket in to make sure I receive my order. Whatever correspondence I received I shared it with the manager who showed exemplary professionalism by checking everything out for me. Thank you for hiring people who show care and concern for others. I received the package this morning and was very happy to receive it. Please let the young college student and the manager know how much I appreciate them for their professionalism, care and concern.”
