“I was a little hesitant to tackle repainting of my bathroom cabinets, until I spoke with Jierry at the Regal Paint Center in Boca Raton. From the moment I walked into the store, Jierry greeted me in a friendly manner, and let me know that he was there to help me. After explaining the project, and my reluctance to tackle it, he took the time to explain the entire process to me and convinced me that I could do it.
Jierry told me of product choices, and gave me his recommendations based on the door panel that I had brought with me. He also gave me advice as to brushes, rollers and prep materials I would need, without trying to oversell me on anything.
In addition to having great Benjamin Moore paint products, he offered great advice on prep and application.
But perhaps most impressively, is that he said that he would be available for advice throughout the project, and even suggested that I stop by if I had any questions, which I did, and which he addressed in the same professional and helpful manner.
I was beginning to think that the days of great customer service were gone. But Jierry, and the Regal Paint Center convinced me I was wrong.
