“Great experience - thank you Sarah Baldwin. Our door company ordered paint from another Porter Paints (> 1 hour away) using a paint 'card' from our living room but they alerted us that they didn't think the color was what we were aiming for. It wasn't! The paint computer created a paint that was too light. We took the can of paint to Sarah who worked with us to darken. I am very happy with the final result and really appreciate her help.”

Customer service when there's an issues is what impresses me, I mistakenly had the wrong paint name with the # I wanted. Robert made sure to clarify this. He discussed my choices with me and guided me to what best suited my needs. I wish all the vendors I interacted with during my water damage emergency were like Robert! Courteous and Efficient!”
“I’ve always thought Sherwin-Williams paint was the best paint. It seems to last a long time. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful when you’re in there. There’s plenty of parking at this location and it’s generally busy because there are a lot of contractors that go in there.”
