Live animal enclosure conditions in the store look good. The animals seem to be happy so that's A+.

I always bring my two Shiba's here for their nail trims. While these dogs are notorious for being combative during nail jobs, the grooming staff has some kind of connection with them. My dogs don't fight and make a sound during the trimming. Grooming staff is always fast and courteous.
