“Sinus help has done wonders for my Otis. He is Bernese mountain dog and Great Pyrenees. He is 9 and has terrible allergies that end up in sinus infection. He wheezed, full of mucous. Sneezing. I give him sinus help and he breathes so good and the thick mucous is resolved. It has truly helped him. I give it to him until he feels better then I stop. I always have it on hand. I ordered the cold remedy as well have not tried that yet. So thankful that I found this for my Otis.”

“We recently visited Petco to pick out two beautiful betta fish for our kids, and overall we had a great experience. The aquatic department was well maintained, and the staff member who helped us provided excellent advice on fish care, tank setup, water quality, and what we needed to help our new pets thrive. We really appreciated the attention to detail and the time taken to answer all of our questions.
Our kids were excited to see all of the animals throughout the store, especially the reptiles. One employee who was feeding the snakes and other animals seemed very focused on his work, but unfortunately came across as unfriendly and not very engaging with the children. While it wasn't a major issue, a warmer attitude toward young animal lovers would have made the experience even better.
That said, everyone else was helpful and knowledgeable, and we left with two healthy betta fish and the confidence that we had everything needed to care for them properly. Thank you, Petco, for helping make our kids' first fish experience a memorable one. We look forward to coming back for future pet supplies and advice.”

“I had such a wonderful experience at Pet Supermarket thanks to the incredible shift manager, Grace. I came in with my 19-month-old daughter just to browse, and Grace went completely out of her way to make the visit so special for her.

She kindly took the time to carefully bring out a rabbit and even a gecko so my daughter could see them up close. Grace was unbelievably patient, attentive, and so gracious the entire time - answering questions, making sure my daughter felt comfortable, get to experience animals and truly turning a simple store visit into such a memorable moment. Not for nothing, most workers that see a 19-month-old simply ignore them. It was so overwhelmingly enjoyable to see the attention and care that Grace put in. It actually made MY day too.

You can tell she genuinely loves animals and cares about customers. Her kindness and willingness to go the extra mile meant so much to us. Customer service like that is so rare these days.
