“I have lived in Boca Raton for over 30 years. I so love giving back to this special place. The girls here are so personable. And very informative on the products. Today I met a newer employee named Hugo. What a genuine, professional young man. He was a pleasure. And he needs to know, along with the rest of the girls, he makes a difference as well. I shop at this store because they are so accommodating. And provides me with the quality I expect. But it's also how customers are treated. Thank you, Hugo for making this customer smile.”

“We are absolutely in love with the newest addition to our family—our sweet baby Baby! From the very beginning, Love My Puppy made the entire experience so special, memorable, and enjoyable. You can truly tell how much they care about their puppies and the families they are joining. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine love for what they do made us feel confident every step of the way. Bringing home our little fur baby has been one of the greatest joys, and we couldn’t be happier. If you’re looking for your next furry family member, I wholeheartedly recommend Love My Puppy. They made this such a wonderful experience, and we are so grateful for everything they did. Thank you for helping us find our perfect little companion! 🐾❤”

“Our first time visiting Holistic Pet Cuisine today, and it will not be our last. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, and tons of amazing products. They even offered to order specific items by request if it wasn’t carried in store! We recently made the switch to a raw diet and it’s so great to know there’s a reliable one stop shop where we can buy all the best products for our boy. Thank you guys, Grim can’t wait to come back! If you love your pet and want them to be eating the best of the best, absolutely stop by and see what they have, you won’t be disappointed!!”

“I had such a great experience at Woofgang Bakery in Boca Raton! Fabi did an amazing job cleaning my pup’s teeth. I really appreciated that this service didn’t require the bloodwork and sedation that is typically needed at the vet. Our pup was a very happy girl when she was finished, and we were so pleased with the results. I highly recommend Fabi and this wonderful teeth cleaning service that Woofgang offers! 🐶❤”

“We absolutely love Barrier Reef! We have two fish tanks, and this is the only place we trust and confidently recommend. The staff always takes the time to answer questions, offer advice, and help us make the best decisions for our aquariums—whether it’s choosing the right fish, plants, or solving a problem. What really sets Barrier Reef apart is the knowledge and care they provide. Every time we visit, we learn something new from Joey. His expertise is incredible, and it’s obvious that he genuinely cares about the health of the fish and the success of his customers’ tanks. I also love supporting this family-owned business that has been serving the community for decades. You can truly feel the heart and soul they put into everything they do. Their passion, honesty, and customer service are second to none. If you’re new to the hobby or an experienced aquarist, I highly recommend Barrier Reef. Boca Raton is lucky to have them!”

“Sinus help has done wonders for my Otis. He is Bernese mountain dog and Great Pyrenees. He is 9 and has terrible allergies that end up in sinus infection. He wheezed, full of mucous. Sneezing. I give him sinus help and he breathes so good and the thick mucous is resolved. It has truly helped him. I give it to him until he feels better then I stop. I always have it on hand. I ordered the cold remedy as well have not tried that yet. So thankful that I found this for my Otis.”

“I had such a wonderful experience at Pet Supermarket thanks to the incredible shift manager, Grace. I came in with my 19-month-old daughter just to browse, and Grace went completely out of her way to make the visit so special for her. She kindly took the time to carefully bring out a rabbit and even a gecko so my daughter could see them up close. Grace was unbelievably patient, attentive, and so gracious the entire time - answering questions, making sure my daughter felt comfortable, get to experience animals and truly turning a simple store visit into such a memorable moment. Not for nothing, most workers that see a 19-month-old simply ignore them. It was so overwhelmingly enjoyable to see the attention and care that Grace put in. It actually made MY day too. You can tell she genuinely loves animals and cares about customers. Her kindness and willingness to go the extra mile meant so much to us. Customer service like that is so rare these days. We’ll definitely be coming back - thank you, Grace, for being so wonderful! 🐰🦎💛”

“I highly recommend dog training at Boca Raton Petco! Lennie is incredibly knowledgeable and makes the training sessions enjoyable for both the dogs and the owners. She was fantastic with both of our dogs. We initially started with our golden doodle, Logan, who was six months old at the time. He had boundless energy and was completely unresponsive to commands. Lennie demonstrated remarkable patience and taught us effective techniques to help him listen. She assured us that he would eventually learn and become a well-behaved dog. And guess what? He did! Logan is now the best listener and has successfully graduated as a good citizen!🐶 Then, we brought home a four-month-old poodle. Naturally, we returned to Lennie for training. She worked diligently with us and Oakley, and he has become more attentive and responsive to commands. While he still needs a few more lessons to complete his training and become a good citizen, we have complete confidence in his ability to succeed with the guidance of our exceptional trainer, Lennie! I highly recommend taking your puppies to Petco Boca Raton for training with Lennie.”

“Omg this is one of the BEST Pet Supermarkets I've ever been to. I've been a pet owner for years and whenever I can I will save Kitties needing a home. But Sam and Andrea are some of the sweetest and most helpful not to mention the most ANIMAL LOVING people I've met. They are PERFECT for the job here in the Boca Pet Supermarket at 1966 NE 5th Ave. Honestly I truly appreciate people like them as it restores my trust in people being that I deeply care about animals, all animals. They were amazing in caring for and getting adopted 2 adorable Kittens I found near my office in Fort Lauderdale. I vetted them with their shots and had them spayed and neutered. I cared for them for a few months before contacting Kitty Karma of Delray who helped me place them in the store here. I drive here from Fort Lauderdale specifically to see Sam and Andrea. Their LOVE for animals shows. Very sweet I'm forever appreciative! Save the animals! ”
