“I switched over to Specialty Care Pharmacy after a recommendation from my provider. I called and spoke to the staff and owner of Specialty Care and the experience just over the phone was night and day. I didn’t have to hold for 10 min before someone assisted me, and they are incredibly nice and caring. They actually care about their customers, and ask the right questions. I could tell they wanted to be a part of my health care team. That is exactly what I want in a pharmacy. Unfortunately, pharmacies like CVS, Walgreens, and even Publix have become more corporate and less customer focused. Everyone is lumped into the same category. Not an individual.
