Tried to exchange a $40 bottle of scotch that I buy 2 of every week for roughly $85-90. Manager refused to take back the defective product

I've had the same experience with IRA. Every time I walk into this store I instantly get a weird uneasy feeling. The guy is unbelievable rude. I pray whatever stick he sat on will come dislodged, and he can find peace.
