My previous visit was horrendous. The waiting area was overcrowded with many standing or outside. They were running over an hour behind and I had an appointment. This visit I noticed many of the chairs in the waiting area had been eliminated. I was taken back within minutes of signing in. It was seamless.

Horrible service. Appointment for 10:30am, waited until 11:20am and was still not helped. Left and Received a text message to return, as they were now ready for me at 11:41am, Waited 40 minutes extra and was refused service. Now leaving at 12:26pm. Absolute waste of time.

I had a scheduled an early afternoon appointment on Thursday, but the staff was over an hour late. I had to leave for another appointment and rescheduled. When I returned for my next appointment, the waiting room was full, and the staff was again running behind. Given that some people fast for bloodwork, they should better manage appointments based on available staffing.
3 stars because there is ample parking, the check-in process was easy, and the test results came back within 2 days.

Ryan was fantastic with my 8 year old that is terrified of needles. This was such an amazing experience and my daughter left feeling confident. Thank you, Ryan!

Phlebotomist Ryan was amazing. I didn't feel anything. One of the best blood tests I've ever had. Checking in is also very easy to do.

I took our autistic son to get blood work done the nurse didn't say one word to us when we came in and half assed held my son's arm and just jabbed him with the needle without even warning us. Of course my son jerked his arm away. He now has two bad bruises on both arms because of this nurse I don't know what they are training these nurses to do over there but this place needs new staff or something would not recommend going here at all

If I could stop coming here I would but it’s the only place my doctor accepts, this place has incredibly rude staff I understand that their job may not be easy but I treat people with nothing but kindness and this place is constantly messing up appointments, canceling appointments, and just overall incredibly unorganized the phone check in only works half the time and this place seems to be always overbooked leaving so many people frustrated and on edge I am so tired of coming here at this point I rather just die from whatever ailment I’m suffering from I’m exhausted and I just want to get simple blood work done. Why is it that I can get an mri scan faster than I can get seen. I hope something changes with this place soon because this system is unfair to the staff as well as the patrons

I went 2/11 and still as of 2/14 do not have results of the bloodwork. I have used Labcorp most of the time and you a little bit and never did it take this long. I am a physician myself and the tests were normal not unuusaul. I will probably use labcorp even though it is a small drive in the future with this service

It's hard to imagine how many customers you loosing because of your disaster automated system. Its simply doesn't work.
