“I've visited Edwin Watts a few times recently and have consistently had amazing experiences. I recently got my clubs regripped and was initially disappointed with the grip I chose. I emailed the Store Manager, Freddie, who kindly invited me back to regrip my clubs (again) at no additional cost. During my return visit, both Freddie and Larry took their time to go through every grip option with me, ensuring I was completely satisfied. The issue was more about my indecisiveness than the grips themselves, and they were incredibly patient and professional throughout the process. They refused to let me leave until I was comfortable and satisfied, all at no cost. I highly recommend Edwin Watts for their knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful service. Even when I insisted on paying, they wouldn't accept it.”

Sally is thoroughly knowledgeable about all the best rackets on the market, and she knows the right ones for you to improve your game (size, weight, beam, grip, string pattern … she’s got you covered). And at Tennis Anyone?, they will let you borrow a loner racket to play with for a few days to make sure you get the right one for your game. She and the staff at Tennis Anyone? are so curious and helpful, it’s the best place to purchase a racket and I wouldn’t go anywhere else …. neither should you!”

“Was searching for a running store while visiting. Delray Beach and came across Runner's Edge Boca. The staff was super helpful and knowledgeable. I found a great, light weight, breathable hat which I just tested during one of the hottest, most humid days of the year so far and it worked really well. I also decided to check out the shoes to give my feet and legs a change. Mike Stone was familiar with my existing shoes and recommended something with similar attributes that would be enough of a change but not a radical departure. He said, "I have your shoes and I also wear these."The shoe selection isn't overwhelming which I appreciate. I would characterize it as focused. They carry the top brands/models and seem to use what they sell. I bought a pair of men's Mizuno Wave Inspire 2 - I've only run in them once, but love them so far.I enjoyed my experience at Runner's Edge and would highly recommend them.(for reference, I'm a 65 year old that runs a few times a week, usually 4 to 7 miles depending on temp, recovery etc).”

“I recently visited Foot Locker at the Boca Raton Mall on Black Friday, one of the busiest shopping days of the year, in search of a specific pair of sneakers for a Christmas gift. After checking several other stores without any luck, I was pleasantly surprised by the incredible service I received at this location.
From the moment I walked in, the manager Sherrie was exceptionally attentive and immediately paired me with a fantastic sales associate named Juju. He truly went above and beyond to ensure I left the store happy and with exactly what I needed. His dedication and effort did not go unnoticed!
Additionally, another manager on duty, Loic, was extremely knowledgeable and patient, answering all my questions with ease. When it came time to check out, Yasmin at the register was an absolute delight—friendly and efficient.
The entire team worked seamlessly, creating an amazing shopping experience despite the usual chaos of Black Friday. The managers did an excellent job of keeping everything organized, ensuring the day ran smoothly without feeling overly hectic.
