“It was a total pleasure and an unexpected satisfying experience dealing with Eddie Automotive. He was referred to me by a friend I brought my 2016 Honda Accord to his shop to replace my alternator I showed up at the set appointment time and he took my car in immediately and finish the job in about an hour. I was thoroughly impressed with his professionalism and the cleanliness and organization of his shop. I love it that he's a family man and has pictures posted throughout the office. His price was more than competitive and the service was impeccable. I would highly recommend him to any of my close friends and family because of my experience there. He also went above and beyond when he replaced the light bulb in one of my headlights that I didn't even know was out without an additional charge. “I was in what I thought would be very difficult situation. My grandsons car broke down while he was at school at FAU. His break occurred in Fort Lauderdale , went the nearest repair shop he saw. I called the shop the next day and didn’t get a good feeling. I had spoken to Rose at Excell Auto Service previously and had been very impressed. After 2 minutes of conversation I knew this was the type of person I wanted to deal with. I had the car towed to Excel. They diagnosed the and gave me a price which was very fair. “Brake Zone in Boca Raton is hands down one of the best auto repair shops I have ever been to. I came in for brake service and was immediately impressed with the professionalism and honesty of the team. Diego in particular was outstanding. He took the time to walk me through what my car needed, explained everything in clear terms, and made sure I felt comfortable with the work before moving forward.
What really stood out to me was their integrity. So many shops try to upsell unnecessary services, but not here. Diego was upfront, fair, and honest. The pricing was extremely reasonable with no hidden surprises, just straightforward and transparent communication. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and want to build trust rather than make a quick sale.

“Brought my car in for a couple of electrical issues. It's an older VW, and they easily fixed one issue. The other was more complicated - the locks on one side of the car no longer communicate with the remote or the driver-side unlock button. They explained what the diagnostics would entail, as well as what the cost of materials and labor could be. I appreciated that since the cost could have been quite a lot - especially for a 20+year old car. They could have just done what I asked and handed me a big bill, but with the information they gae me, I was able to decide that the issue was only a minor inconvenience that I could live with. I'll definitely bring my car back for more tender loving care!”

“My mechanic told me he was closing his business and then I needed to find another mechanic. I have a classic Jaguar and have been dealing with the Jaguar Doctor Who was phenomenal and I would recommend it to anybody with a 2008 or older Jaguar. I asked him to recommend someone to work on my other car and recommended Certified. I was pleasantly surprised with how professional they were, how reasonable they were And all around pleasure to deal with. They are certainly my go to for any of my car needs. It's always a pleasure to meet someone who is honest and not trying to squeeze every dollar out of you. I never got to meet Gene, but his son Matt was an absolute pleasure. Called me when he said he would, Car was ready when they said it was going to be, and the price was better than I expected. Couldn't recommend them any higher.”

“Colbyco and Dino are simply the best auto shop around. The honesty, pricing, and quality of work are incredible. Dino put a new transmission in for me and I was able to do so because of his price. Just yesterday a rock blew out bottom of my radiator and again he saved me roughly $400 allowing me to afford replacing it and took care of it in a day and a half even as busy as he is. Point is I have been very lucky to find affordable,quality, and honesty and can't stress it enough. Definitely 10 out of 5 stars, Colbyco literally saved my life!!”
