When I went to the dealer they said there was no problem, and they didn't want to help me. Only when I got to William Tires and Wheels was the problem solved. I had a tire that was shaking and Jose and his brother fixed it quickly. I arrived with my problems and José said that he was going to check all four tires, not just the one that worried me. He balanced them and fixed a rim that was crooked. They also change oils and brakes, and other repairs. Very great service. I recommend this site to everyone!!
I showed up because I had a tire that jumped when I drove. I went to dealership where I supposedly have warranty and they said car was absolutely fine, that they couldn't help me. I showed up to William Tires and Wheels and instantly Jose was like let’s check all 4 wheels. I balanced them and immediately told me the issue was the crooked rim inside tires. I have fixed me up and my car is smooth as it can be. Unbelievably satisfied. And super fast. They also do oil changes, fix brakes and other services. Highly recommend!!!”

“I was referred to Mario’s by a family friend recently as I was in the market for new tires. I travel often for work and needed good quality that would not break the bank. As someone who knows only the basics about cars, I’m always a bit uneasy on having to rely on and trust others to know what will be best for my car. I had a wonderful experience at Mario’s! Pedro, the primary salesman, was very attentive, kind and professional. He sat down with me to explain how tire prices can vary by brand, estimated mileage and size. He then laid out a few different options that would work for my car and let me choose the option that worked best for me. The work itself was done quickly after my arrival. I AM OBSESSED!!!!!!!!! The black on black is so sleek and more so than the look, my driving experience has improved SO much! Previously when I would drive on the highway or over a bump going at a faster speed, my car would shake uncontrollably, which I’ve since learned is a thing with wranglers, however since I got my new tires, now I don’t feel that shaking AT ALL! I feel super secure and that I can drive anywhere and basically over anything (even if I shouldn’t lol).
I can’t thank the owner Bernie enough! I know nothing about tires haha. All I knew is that I wanted black on black, bigger tires and a cool looking Jeep. Bernie took so much time to educate me and he was so patient with me. The customer service here is truly unmatched. I would recommend this place time and time again! His team is also really amazing. Everyone there is super kind, knowledgeable and helpful.
