TownePlace Suites Boca Raton provides a comfortable and practical stay. The hotel features nice, clean, and quiet suite rooms that function like mini apartments, complete with a small kitchen for cooking. While the building is older and not in the best shape, and amenities like the pools are small with no jacuzzi, the staff is consistently highlighted as amazing, outstanding, friendly, and beautiful. Their warm welcome, positivity, and excellent service more than make up for any physical shortcomings. The location is well-lit and feels safe, with a walking trail nearby, as well as close proximity to Starbucks and Walmart. Additional conveniences include a 24-hour coffee station, a varied and well-rated breakfast, and cheap laundry facilities. Despite minor issues with parking or coffee temperature, the exceptional staff ensures a fabulous experience that guests highly recommend and would choose again.
Great staff but rooms were not up to Marriott standards for sure. Even though the room was outdated, they could have made the room welcoming. Unfortunately the room.was neither welcoming nor comfortable. It had a musty smell and terrible patches all over for broken things like drywall and bathroom fixtures.

I don't believe I'm a light sleeper, but trying to sleep on the first floor facing the main street was tough. You can hear the light rail train each time it goes by and the cars over the tracks in both directions. They didn't have any fans to try masking the sound. Not ideal.

When are they going to build a statue of Nancy!? First class service, always going above and beyond to help. Made our stay wonderful! 12 years running a Marriott Titanium Elite member, Nancy tops the list for great service!
