“The Beach Club at the Boca Raton is a hidden gem. It puts any Ritz, Waldorf, or Four Seasons to shame. From walking in to checking out, the staff is cheery and outgoing addressing you by name; property is extremely well maintained and updated; and service itself was excellent (turn down service, cleaning, etc. was all prompt and done impeccably).

I’d never seen any hotel with blackout curtains that included the brackets on the side of the window, so when down it blocks out 100% of light. As someone who enjoys sleeping in a dark room, this was such a nice feature that wasn’t advertised anywhere.

If there was one complaint, it’s that the valet service can be extremely slow - we had to budget 15-20 minutes after requesting our car every time for them to pull it around, but that’s probably due to the property also being a member club.

Will definitely be back.”

“The suites are big but low class, with a very noisy airco. The regular rooms are much better. But still not worth 4 stars. The pool area is nice. The location is good if you need to be here in boca.”

“Amazing hotel but the doors are extremely loud when being closed in the hallway. When a door is closed, the inside of your room has an extremely loud bang. That’s means you’re up at about 8am when it all begins and hear it at night when guests arrive back to their rooms.

Service is amazing! Really friendly staff. Expect 20% gratuity added to every bill… yes, that includes buying a cigar. Valet parking is available at about $60 per day.

The pool area is exquisite but for hotel guests and member too; sadly not available if you have friends or family come to visit.

I really wanted to rank this at 5 stars as I like it much better than the Breakers… hope they fix the hallway/room sounds!

Rooms: Room are exceptionally clean but loud because of a flaw in design.

Nearby activities: The hotel is close to downtown Boca Raton, giving you options right outside the gates.

Safety: Extremely safe!

Walkability: The hotel grounds are extremely large and walkable. It’s also a walk to the beach.

“I’ve been coming here the last 30 years with my family and I haven’t been to a better club. I highly recommend going to the Boca Rotan Club. The staff are incredible and the atmosphere is amazing.”

“I travel weekly for work and came from an awful experience with an unclean hotel at the Embassy Suites across the street. I got a refund from the Embassy Suites and looked for the closest, clean hotel. I found this Spring Hill Suites across the street and immediately had an amazing guest experience. Zhanna greeted me at the front desk and was very kind and attentive. She ensured my stay was clean, convenient, and easy. After a long 24 hours of travel, I very much appreciated her kindness and attentiveness. The room was clean, quiet, and updated. I will be choosing Marriott hotels when booking weekly work travel because of this great experience.”

“We stayed here on vacation and loved the location. It was an easy walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The connected parking garage made everything super convenient, and we liked being able to go straight to our room without passing through the lobby. The staff was friendly, the lobby was clean and spacious, and our room felt comfortable and private. Housekeeping kept everything well stocked, and the AC was amazing. We also had a great view of the pool and downtown Mizner.
The breakfast could use more variety, and the TV channel selection was pretty limited. We had a small issue with the toilet, but maintenance fixed it quickly.
Overall, a great stay and definitely worth it. We just wish parking was included in the price. Other than that highly recommend!”

“A very beautiful hotel in the heart of Coral Gables. Parking is very expensive. They charge $40 per night. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained with the exception of a little little bit of wallpaper that pulled away from the wall in the restroom. They have a full size pool. A very very small hot tub that wasn't very hot. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.”

“We stayed at the resort to celebrate my wife's 60th birthday and visit the area attractions! The property is beautiful and very scenic! The dining options were excellent and the seating area along the bridge inlet was amazing! The Valet are very friendly and responsive but the self parking can be challenging at times. While the service overall is very good, one of the front desk employees were not very helpful and acted as if I was a nuisance after only 2 simple, polite, questions. Lastly, the rooms are fashionable and clean however the pillows and mattresses are average which lead to some tossing and turning to get comfortable. Overall, this is a fantastic resort and I encourage you to stay there when in the area visiting. A few minor criticisms do not blemish this wonderful property. Enjoy!”

“Rooms are quite good in size, if you are staying there couple days.You get, coffee, Snack bars, Cupcakes, Hot chocolate powder in the breakfast.They also provide, essential dishes & stuff to get your cooking done.Room service/cleaning is once in a week, which can improved to twice.Parking is also sufficient, you can park in front of your room.Help-desk/Reception guys are really good & helpful.”

“Despite a HORRIBLE experience with booking.com - from which I have learned my lesson to just go straight to the hotel site itself to book; we are so thankful for Zhanna and Jeff and Sara (I believe was her name), they were so kind and helpful when trying to navigate between what my needs were and the difficulty of dealing with booking.com, they really went above and beyond and then William, who was the clerk on duty for our check in was kind and helpful. The only note I would mention is that 1. the bathroom lighting is pretty dim 2. a full length mirror would be helpful OUTSIDE the bathroom 3. the bed was comfortable but did have a bit of a dip in the middle.
Other than those 3 notes this hotel is perfect for sleep/shower/stay needs, nothing fancy but roomy enough and the full kitchen is appreciated. Location is great and again I could not be more thankful to the employees that work there for their patience and assistance.”

“Rooms outdated. I don’t even think our AC worked but luckily it was cool enough we didn’t need it for our quick stay.

We were so hungry and didn’t want to deal with the Boca traffic so we ate on-site. The woman who was working the bar was extremely friendly!!! I give her a +5-star review. She was a joy to talk to and was very helpful. The food wasn’t bad either! It was very basic but still delicious and affordable! Very convenient to eat by the pool. My kids loved the pool even though it was a little chilly - the hot tub was great.

We stayed here on a whim and this was the only hotel that had availability. We didn’t love the room but everything else was great.”

“My stay here was exceptional. Cherell was by far the best sales manager I have ever worked with. We stayed here for two weeks and she accommodated us perfectly. This will be my go-to hotel when I visit. Lou and Julian were also very gracious and kind to myself and my children. The staff is working hard to make this hotel the best it can be. The public area is beautiful and they are gradually updating the rooms. The kitchen staff is great and the rooms were very clean. Thank you all for a wonderful stay!
I would also highly recommend this hotel for events. Their ballrooms are gorgeous.”
