“Very nice hotel near a lot of shops and restaurants. Rooms are very clean and nice pool with an excellent gym overlooking the pool. Lots of workout equipment. They have a nice dining area as well as the M. lounge, also known as the concierge lounge at most Marriott. It’s near Boca center shopping and some very fine food restaurants close by. Plenty of parking on site as well. Lots of places to walk as well, including the area where there was an office building and found this great path with these man-made waterfalls. Train tracks are close by on the other side of the office park, but there are some great walking paths that parallel the trains.”

“Have stayed here twice this month and it’s been equally exceptional both time. Can’t say enough kind things about the staff! Lovely rooms, amazing beds and views and the tub was perfect. 10/10”

“We spent 8 nights at the hotel and we were very happy. We had stayed there 10 years ago and clearly most of the hotel has been refurbished since then. My only complaint is that the air conditioning in the room, whilst being very efficient, is also very noisy. This is the only reason for 4* rather than 5*. Other than that, no complaints. Staff were all extremely helpful - in particular Faith on the front desk. Location is perfect and the studio room that we stayed in was huge - exactly what we needed. We will definitely return.”

“My friend and I stayed at the Boca Raton Resort for a conference. Upon pulling up under the entrance cover we were surrounded by staff immediately unloading luggage, providing information about the valet service and directing us to the registration area. As we had entered the property at the security gate, our information was transmitted to the registration desk so all the information had already been pulled up and our key provided in a very short period of time. No wait. We were informed the facility was all inclusive and tips were not required/expected by staff. The food within the facility was slightly more than you would pay outside, but the cuisine was exceptional. The entire experience was more than anyone could have expected. the room renovations to this 1926 hotel were also well done making the whole experience welcoming and enjoyable.”

“Fantastic Spa and resort. I have stayed in every part of the hotel. This time, I stayed in the Yacht Club, and it was a wonderful experience of elegance and exceptional service. We had a butler, breakfast was included, daily use of the spa, a private entrance to our suites. The rooms were very large with a living room and dining area. The door to the balcony slides open, so you could leave open while sitting outside or in the living room. The restaurants are really good, especially the Flamingo Restaurant and the Italian restaurant. Everyone was so nice.”

“I stayed two nights at this Hyatt recently. Its ups outweighed its downs:THE GOOD STUFF* Front desk staff let me check in at 10AM and upgraded me to a massive suite for a minimal upgrade fee* None of those silly "resort fees" * Bed was comfortable* Bar is lively, with locals and their pets stopping by, and bartender Jason was very friendly* Pool is decent-sized and actually suitable for laps* It's within a couple blocks of the Brightline station and a lots of restaurants and bars (the Italian place in the same building is excellent... review coming up...). The beach is about a mile walk away.* Solid 100mbs WiFi, although I might have been given an upgraded plan* Housekeeping did a thorough job, even though they needed to be summonedTHE NOT SO GOOD* The window shades were stuck in the down position, which obscured views that the very dirty windows already obscured* No in-room safe* Shower water pressure was extremely low. C'mon, guys. There's plenty of water in Florida. The state is probably 80% water, going on 100% by the end of the century.I'd consider staying there again if I'm ever in that area again.”

“Stayed here for a few nights. Mostly a good place but: there was consistently a weird smell when you first step in thru the front doors - smelled it everyday every time I walked in. Smells like old cigarettes meets moisture- they do have those “fans” that blow on top of your head from overhead whenever the front door opens - maybe it’s just that. It wasn’t pleasant. The staff we interacted with were all wonderful. The breakfast buffet was well prepared and lots of options - staff was attentive & on the ball making sure the food was restocked. On weekends they have make your own waffles. Fresh berries everyday was a real treat. Our room had an uncomfortable layout. We had a wall column at the foot of the bed that left a clearance of less than a foot from the bed. So not easy to walk around. The “couch” was a high sided wide seat - not comfortable at all. Wi-Fi was pretty good. Both TV’s worked great but the remotes needed new batteries. When we called the front desk they quickly sent up a staff member with another remote with fresh batteries. Pool area and gym area looked good. The seating area in the lobby didn’t promote cozy environment-but there was plenty of chairs/tables over by the dining area. Overall I’d give it 3 stars but the location, breakfast, staff & room cleanliness deserves at least 4 stars.Walkability: There is a walking trail a minute away that goes on for a good lenght & it was always well used by local residents.”

“The Hotel is a great place to stay ..close to I95 ...rooms felt a bit outdated... I expected a bit more from it... service... I will say that is not at the level where you will expect. A small detail that I was looking for ... is a simple "Salut" Hi, hello, how are you? Is there anything we can do to better your experience? Nothing on those terms. Certain expectations must be met at a 4-star... and I will say... well they are not there. PERHAPS THE Management is not so strong on the implementation of the LQA's. “Front desk staff ver friendly. Our room was on the 4th floor. Nice pool view and to the parking lot. AC worked well. Our room had two TVs but one remote control, and the volume is set too loud. It took click by click to adjust it. We stayed two nights, but our keys stopped working on the second day and had to go to the reception for key reprogramming. The ice machine on our side of the floor was out of order and had to go to the 3rd floor for ice. Breakfast was very tasty, with different food choices, and the coffee was strong, very good to start the day.The pool was nice and clean with nice and comfortable chairs. Pool towels were missing. We took the last two ones but didn't see anyone resupplying the towel locker. There is a bar, but we didn't have a drink there.Rooms: They gave us a nice room.Food & drinks: It was very tasty, different food choices”

“Overall, the hotel was good for the price. The rooms are updated, but they definitely need a deep cleaning. There were stains and dust in various places around the room. It also smelled on the first day, but it disappeared after. The front desk staff was nice and it was convenient that checkout was at noon.”

“We just needed a good, clean, average hotel room near everything in Boca Raton for 2 nights. It is close to hospitals, stores, restaurants, universities, and I95. Our room had 2 queen beds, which worked well for us. It was spacious, clean, and updated. It had a small refrigerator, a microwave, a coffeemaker, a larger desk, black-out curtains, a TV, and a good-sized bathroom. The tub had a grab bar, which is a must for me.A free breakfast was included. It was conveniently downstairs by the check-in desk. They have a decent breakfast with scrambled eggs, link sausages, round flat sausage, quiche, bagels, English muffins, cinnamon rolls, etc. The coffee is good! It is self-service, of course. For lunch and dinner, there are many restaurants in the area in different price ranges. Or you can call Uber-eats and other food delivery places. The employees at the service desk for check-in were professional and friendly. The lobby was welcoming with chairs, little tables, 3 elevators, and nicely furnished. There is plenty of free parking outside with wheelchair accessiblability. The hotel has a wide automatic slider door. This hotel is pet (dogs) friendly.”

“Some face lift needed but...from a practical standpoint, this hotel hits the spot and then some. The cooked-to-order breakfast works and the staff looks to be helpful in any way possible. Hot water comes quickly in the shower and...one of the very few spa hot tubs where water is actually hot. The room's ventilation is good and if you need extra towels, etc...lightening speed in-room delivery. So, obviously built a few years ago, but again from a practical standpoint reasonably priced and...AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE OVERALL??.Noteworthy details: City Fish Market is less than 500 steps from the entrance of the hotel. Great food and excellent fish options!”

“Here is clean, staff are nice, I wish it had some form of entertainment section. Maybe tv by the bar, music by the pool, idk something. The balconies in every room are a plus but weird that three rooms basically sharing the balcony. So hello to your stranger neighbor.”
