I dropped my package off at the store on 5/24 and the last scan they show is Dropped off at UPS Store by Customer. It’s been almost a week and they’re no movement clearly someone at the store stole my package. I called them on 5/30 11am to asked for the manager to speak to and the guy basically told me no and tell me to deal with it myself

Customers left waiting outside for 5 minutes after opening time. No apology or acknowledgement from store attendant. Store looks disheveled and super messy. Won’t come back.

Employees are super rude for NO REASON. I was extremely polite and the attitude was off the charts. All the other customers in the store were also in the same boat. I would drive 100 miles just to go to another location . If you want to get treated like crap and leave pissed off the feel free to come to this store

This 5 star review is for Max only. I've been coming to this UPS Store for years, and I want to give a big shoutout to Max. He is consistently helpful, friendly, and professional — always greeting customers with a smile and handling every task with calm efficiency. Nothing seems to faze him, and his positive attitude truly makes every visit smooth and pleasant. Thank you, Max, for always going above and beyond!
Unfortunately, not all the staff share the same approach. I've had several interactions with other employees who were surprisingly very rude and unhelpful. It's disappointing, especially when compared to the excellent service Max provides. I hope the store can recognize his example and encourage the rest of the team to rise to that standard.

People in the store are very rude, especially the lady with red colored wig, yes, that’s not here, that’s a wig, an ugly one. She don’t need to talk to her, she will start showing her attitude right away.
Also, this store needs to read review their pricing, they were asking over $5 for one piece of paper to print. This is ridiculous.

The people working in this UPS store are very rude for no reason. I was there last time and there was this guy was talking to me like I owe him something. Today there was this redheaded lady which also by the way looked ugly as her as her face was giving me attitude without me, even beginning to talk. The phone service inside the store does not work and I ask her for Wi-Fi access, she told me to step outside and do my work there. When I got back, I saw there was a sign that was indicated to scan for Wi-Fi, she could’ve just told me, but no, she decided to show me her attitude. That was another guy working next to her, he was nice and polite. This store needs some attention on who they hiring.

I returns. My internet air in this location a month ago.
They haven’t sender to AT & T
I have to pay 200 fee to AT & T because they don’t receive my equipment from UPS .
This man is very annoying and very disrespectful
He did not know anything for this job.

Good customer service! They even had a cartoon playing on the tv for entertainment! I can say the only thing that lowers my rating is the wait time with only one person behind the counter! Otherwise great experience!

The person working here today was so rude to customers without any reason. I mean next level rude. I would have left if it wasn’t because I had to use the machine there for my fingerprints urgently. I was so uncomfortable being there. Just seemed like a very mean and angry employee. I would never return and would also caution anyone to avoid this ups location at all costs.

i hate this ups with all of my hate, if there are ten haters of this ups, i am one of them, if there is one hater of this ups store, it is me, and if there are no haters of this ups store i am no longer in this plane of existence. terrible service, dirty, ignorant staff, weed stench.

The place reeked of weed from the second I walked in. Then the “attendant” emerged from a plume of smoke from the back, clearly the source of the stench, with an attitude to match. I am actually very concerned if my package will even be sent, as the transaction felt more like a drug deal than a UPS delivery. I am surprised I didn’t get jumped quite frankly, based on how I was treated. I’m going to submit a formal complaint to UPS. hopefully they care enough about the brand to be able to shut down such a poor operator of their service.
