the owner of this store needs to do something about the service. This is the only awful UPS store I have ever been. If the owner does not do something, corporate needs to get involved because this store is ruining the image of UPS.

I had an Amazon package to return and treated very badly. Owner was verbally inappropriate and the store was a mess. Dirty floors and counters. This is the worst place for sending packages. Needless to say after his bad attitude I went to another UPS store on Yamato where it was cleaner and staff was pleasant

This UPS is trash. How you do not help someone with their fingerprints. How do choose to help customers that arrive after me. That just pretty bad management of customers

Worst ups location I’ve ever been to. The guy behind the counter is exceptionally slow and lazy. He takes personal calls while you’re waiting in line delaying it all. One time I was waiting in line and he took a business call, put it on speaker so the whole store could hear, and then said nasty things about the caller after he hung up. Most importantly, when you ship something, the guy does not even measure the package. The other day I wanted to ship something that was very small. He told me it would be $35. I ship the same thing at another location and it’s $12. I asked him what was going on and he tried to claim the other location has less sales tax. The guy is a fraud and they price gouge. It’s a joke.

The worse UPS store in Boca, the attendant Max just ignored me and continue speaking on phone for about 20 minutes. After finishing the call he was rude and not polite.Never stop by this UPS store.

I should have looked at the reviews before coming here. The woman (with the orange colored wig) that works the front desk is rude and price gouges! I ship packages regularly and only through UPS and this location would turn me off from ever shipping with UPS again if I didn’t know they normally have great customer service. This location needs to get new staffing or just close.

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. There’s 2 people who work there. The guy is really nice but constantly smells like weed. The woman is obnoxious. Neither one of them have any desire to be there. Talking to friends on speakerphone on their cell phone. Listening to music from their phone that’s cursing left and right. Would rather drive further to go to another UPS store

Employee was watching anime the entire time I was being serviced and mumbling when speaking to me. Charged me for computer use when I emailed my document to print and ignored me when I asked about it. Also had his shirt inside out.

My first time in this store and the service is the worse as it can get. One person helping a customer on the printing machine and the 2nd one outside talking on the phone privately. She cmiame in and still talking on the phone going on with her personal life . NO GREETING , no sorry and NO RESPECT for other customers waiting in line to be attend . Super un-qualify people .UPS needs to get on top of this. Customer retention is the key. I will never come back here. Also this place looks like a tsunami hit

Saturday evening my daughter and I went into this store to have our photos taken, the guy handed me the he photos then said to me “your daughter is dressed too mature” shocked I said to him have a good day and walked away, mind you my daughter is 19 but looks younger and as a mother it bothers me because how my daughter chooses to dress is no one’s business, much less a UPS worker. No customer should have to deal with a worker like this, especially young teens who may go into this UPS to have a photo taken.
