Dr. Morgan and our previous vet there have been compassionate and thoughtful in explaining treatment options and plans when our dog has been sick. My experience with the vet techs has also been stellar; they have always been super sweet w our dog, especially Maya. I am grateful to have found this clinic!”

“My cat's alive thanks to them! We live two hours away but needed a specific specialist surgery urgently. They scheduled us instantly despite the bad and urgent timing, and were very kind, patient, and reassuring the whole time. The surgery went great, and we have no qualms driving two hours for checkups instead of locally because we trust they'll do a good job. They clearly care very much about the animals. I only wish we lived closer so we could make this our permanent vet.”

“I had been taking my fur baby to VCA when I lived further south. When he became ill, I went to the one in Spanish River. He was diagnosed with a mass but no one there clearly explained what he likely was suffering from, didn't give me any real prognosis, and charged me an astronomical amount for bloodwork. I knew he didn't have much time regardless. It was clear to see in his appearance and demeanor. When it was clear it was his time, I reached out to Central Animal Hospital. I am so glad I did. The vet was so kind and throughly explained what he had been suffering from based on the records I had sent and gave me the choice for what to do, but I knew and he agreed. The staff was beyond kind and supportive when I sat with my Dusty to say goodbye. I left with an endearing keepsake of his paw and nose prints and some fur. Nothing ever makes this decision easy, but the staff there made the moment special, and I could not be more grateful. When it's time to bring a new fur baby into my life, I will definitely make this my vet. The care they showed during this time is proof of their care in general. I cannot thank them enough.”

“It was our first time there and we were greeted by the receptionist who was very friendly. We were brought in to the exam room in about five minutes by the vet’s assistant to have our puppy weighed and then the vet came in. She was very nice and examined our puppy and then vaccinated her. The lobby and the exam room appear to be very clean.we were very pleased with the experience and will continue bringing our puppy there.”

“I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Bull at a veterinary hospital in Lecanto, Fl. He is a "visiting angel" for this location. My kitty was hurting (bad teeth) and Dr. Bull knew just what to do to help her. Although I had to go to another location to get her teeth fixed, it was not Dr. Bull's fault. The location is super busy, and surgery is backed up. I love dealing with people who love what they do for a living. Dr. Bull is this kind of vet. I wish he could have done her dental work. I will be taking my other pets to the vet hospital in the future and I hope he is there to treat them. Thank you Dr. Bull for your professionalism, and all your hard work.”

“Highly recommend! Trustworthy caring add highly skilled. For both pets on their humans. My dog has been seeing Dr Santiago for a decade. We were referred to them originally by Peggy Adams rescue. They have been there in emergencies and have always been there when you need them. The office staff that assist Dr Santiago is fabulous. They are professional, highly knowledgeable and really help run the office extremely well in an organized fashion. I'm very grateful to both the vet and her staff. My dog has had several surgeries that were necessary for removal of a few suspicious cysts one was dangerous. That was her early years she hasn't had any since she was four. he also had an emergency dental procedure to remove a piece of rawhide that had infected her tooth a couple years ago! She gets soft vegetarian rawhide style now. The vets recommendations for care are excellent. They have insurance plans to help cost and are very fairly priced. We are glad to be part of the animal kingdom family. I trust them wholeheartedly to take care of my support dog, which gives me great peace of mind. If you are looking for those qualities in a veterinary office, you have found it!”

But Sam and Andrea are some of the sweetest and most helpful not to mention the most ANIMAL LOVING people I've met. They are PERFECT for the job here in the Boca Pet Supermarket at 1966 NE 5th Ave. Honestly I truly appreciate people like them as it restores my trust in people being that I deeply care about animals, all animals. They were amazing in caring for and getting adopted 2 adorable Kittens I found near my office in Fort Lauderdale. I vetted them with their shots and had them spayed and neutered. I cared for them for a few months before contacting Kitty Karma of Delray who helped me place them in the store here. I drive here from Fort Lauderdale specifically to see Sam and Andrea. Their LOVE for animals shows. Very sweet I'm forever appreciative! Save the animals! ”

She is incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but what truly sets her apart is her exceptional bedside manner. During a particularly difficult time with one of my dogs, she was so compassionate, patient, and understanding, and her support meant more to me than I can express. She took the time to answer every question and made me feel that my pet was receiving the very best care. Again, the entire team is wonderful but I also want to call out to Gina the assistant manager and nurse there is absolutely fantastic. It’s not often you find a veterinary team that combines medical expertise with such genuine kindness, but Banfield does exactly that. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a veterinary practice that truly cares about both pets and their people.”

“I genuinely cannot say enough good things about Dr. Butzner. He is one of the most compassionate, knowledgeable, and honest veterinarians I have ever met. I brought my 12-year-old Chihuahua, Bella, to him after a very scary episode where she fainted. From the moment he walked into the room, I immediately felt like she was in good hands. He sat down next to us, greeted both of us, and when he reached toward Bella and noticed that she became nervous, he immediately stopped and said, “No, no, I won’t touch her. I’m sorry.” He completely respected her body language instead of forcing an interaction. As someone who loves this little dog like family, that meant so much to me. He took his time explaining what could have caused her fainting and what he wanted to investigate. He was calm, extremely knowledgeable, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. They were able to perform Bella’s echocardiogram that same day, along with additional cardiac diagnostics, blood pressure testing and radiographs. I’m now waiting for the echocardiogram results. What absolutely blew me away was the compassion they showed financially. The services would have been around $1,600 at retail pricing, but after the discounts they gave me, my total bill was only $598. They discounted more than $1,000 worth of care. I was honestly speechless. Dr. Butzner also reassured me that I had made the right decision not to unnecessarily hospitalize Bella when she was otherwise acting normally — eating, drinking, going potty, barking, waking me up and behaving like herself. Instead of frightening me into spending more money, he explained what actually needed to be prioritized and what testing could reasonably wait. That kind of honesty is incredibly rare and means everything when you're scared for your pet. Dr. Butzner didn't just treat Bella like another patient or me like another bill. He treated us with compassion, patience and respect. Bella will absolutely be coming back to him for her future care. I am incredibly grateful that we found him. ❤🐾”
