“Dr. Sosa and the team are amazing! Marcy, Annick, Natasha and Isaiah were so very helpful and made the experience perfect. The team check in each day to see how our dog Harvey was doing. We are grateful for you all!I just wanted to add some additional detail. Harvey just had his TPLO surgery and it could not have gone better. From the moment we arrived, Isaiah quickly got us settled into a room. Our nurse, Annick, was first, providing us excellent detail on what to expect for the day, running us through the logistics and providing us detail on what Harvey's first few days would be like. Dr. Sosa then came in and provided more detail on the surgeon, the procedure, and assured us that the team would keep us posted on progress throughout the day.We received a text and a phone call later in the day, letting us know the surgery had gone very, very well. Annick let us know that they like to keep the dog overnight as it can really help the dog recover and stay comfortable those first 24 hours. In the morning, she sent us a text message with a photo of Harvey, doing very well.All through the day until we could pick him up, the Team stayed in touch with us. I cannot emphasize enough the incredible communication and number of updates we received. Best we have ever experienced!We came in to pick up Harvey and Isaiah and Annick got us all settled and Dr. Sosa provided detail on what we should look for during the next few days and got us on the book for the follow-up appointment. Annick then provided us a step-by-step over the next few days, care, meds, strategies for bathrooming, etc.Thus far, Harvey is doing great, I could not imagine better care than from Dr. Sosa and the entire Team. I would recommend Boca Palms to anyone/everyone. It's nice to see our boy recovering well and on the road back to mobility! “My former veterinarian permanently closed his practice during Covid, so it's been a challenge to find another practice that suits my needs. I hit the jackpot with Compassionate Care Animal Clinic. I first chose this practice based on location from my home and of course, the reviews. I realize that reviews are not always reliable, however, the reviews for Compassionate Care are thoughtful with good context, and 4.8 across the board which is why I chose to make an appointment.Compassionate Care's service from my inital call to make the appointment to my first visit was excellent. This is a small, very comfortable and inviting practice. The woman at the front desk is very kind and accommodating. The technician, Stefan, was very kind, thorough, and efficient. Dr. Hutson is fantastic. She has a wonderful personality, excellent pet-side manner, and my sweet, three-legged cat, loved her. The doctor was thorough in her examination. Although my visit was a yearly, wellness check and to obtain prescriptions for his food, Dr. Hutson's approach is wellness, not outrageous testing and unneccesary bloodwork and medicine. I appreciated her honest assessment of my cat's needs.Compassionate Care is very reasonable and customary in their fees, which is a huge plus. They are very organized from start to finish. Special note -- I recieved a sweet phone call from the practice the next business day just to see how my cat was doing. How sweet and thoughtful is that!I highly recommend Compassionate Care Animal Clinic.”

“My Italian Greyhound has been using Tim at Boca Medical center for 4 years and I couldn’t be more happy. We are on the Gold wellness plan which takes care of everything that my little guy needs as well as dental cleanings. He is sweet knowledgeable and extremely thorough. “I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Bull at a veterinary hospital in Lecanto, Fl. He is a "visiting angel" for this location. My kitty was hurting (bad teeth) and Dr. Bull knew just what to do to help her. Although I had to go to another location to get her teeth fixed, it was not Dr. Bull's fault. The location is super busy, and surgery is backed up. I love dealing with people who love what they do for a living. Dr. Bull is this kind of vet. I wish he could have done her dental work. I will be taking my other pets to the vet hospital in the future and I hope he is there to treat them. Thank you Dr. Bull for your professionalism, and all your hard work.”

I had Penny on a care plan at Banfield and I feel certain their vets get paid bonuses on how much they can bill. Banfield suggested anesthesia/surgery for thousands to remove Penny's TINY growth, where Dr. Silverio addressed it and removed the same day locally. We also had it tested to be sure it wasn't cancer. I think this review is my first ever on Google!”

“We found Vetco through good reviews and opted to try them (our cat had a little wound that needed to be addressed and we just couldn't make it to our regular vet. The young lady at the front desk was so nice and got us in a room right away. Our tech (nurse) was the absolute sweetest and Dr. Rubin was kind and understanding. The estimate for treatment was extremely conservative and no additional services were "pushed" on us. Checkout was a breeze...I left without my girl's cone and meds and our sweet nurse met me in the parking lot and explained everything for me. They are not our regular vet, but they just might become that now. Your pet will be well cared for...and so will you.”

But Sam and Andrea are some of the sweetest and most helpful not to mention the most ANIMAL LOVING people I've met. They are PERFECT for the job here in the Boca Pet Supermarket at 1966 NE 5th Ave. Honestly I truly appreciate people like them as it restores my trust in people being that I deeply care about animals, all animals. They were amazing in caring for and getting adopted 2 adorable Kittens I found near my office in Fort Lauderdale. I vetted them with their shots and had them spayed and neutered. I cared for them for a few months before contacting Kitty Karma of Delray who helped me place them in the store here. I drive here from Fort Lauderdale specifically to see Sam and Andrea.
