It means a lot to us knowing that when my dog needs them, he is in great hands. We feel so thankful to have a vet team we can trust. Everyone is caring and patient! “Doctor and staff were so polite, compassionate and caring. The exam and diagnosis went well. Sharon took my dogs blood and she was awesome. The prices are more than fair. When we paid I was in shock because my other vet would definitely cost 3x with less care. Highly recommend to everyone. They do not try to sell you what you don't need.”

“This is our third time visiting and honestly this place is great. I used to go to imperial point in delray until I realized all they are about is making money, and don’t even care about the animals. Here it’s different, here they’re kind and actually care about the animals. 10/10”

“My cat's alive thanks to them! We live two hours away but needed a specific specialist surgery urgently. They scheduled us instantly despite the bad and urgent timing, and were very kind, patient, and reassuring the whole time. The surgery went great, and we have no qualms driving two hours for checkups instead of locally because we trust they'll do a good job. They clearly care very much about the animals. I only wish we lived closer so we could make this our permanent vet.”

“I’ve had more than 10 dogs throughout my life and, as you can imagine, I’ve been to many veterinarians over the years. Without hesitation, I can say that Dr. Lera is the best veterinarian I’ve ever encountered. He has cared for both Hana and Onyx, and what truly sets him apart is not only his knowledge and experience, but the way he understands how deeply we love our dogs. He treats them with genuine care and compassion, while also treating you as a person not simply as another client or business transaction. Finding a veterinarian you completely trust with animals that are part of your family is incredibly important, and Dr. Lera has earned that trust from us. 100% recommended. I wouldn’t hesitate to trust Hana or Onyx in his care.”

“Dr. Garbizo and his entire team were incredibly compassionate during one of the hardest moments we have experienced. When we had to make the heartbreaking decision to put our beloved cat to sleep, they treated us with such kindness, patience, and respect. They gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye and never made us feel rushed. Their care didn't end there. The follow-up and aftercare were thoughtful and comforting, showing how much they truly care about both their patients and their families. We are so grateful for everything Dr. Garbizo and his team did for us. We highly trust them and would recommend them to anyone looking for a veterinary team that is not only skilled but genuinely compassionate.”

“I just want the public to know that this place is so kind to animals! I have 3 cats who needed a rabies shot recently. The front desk was patient with me while one of my cats was panicking. (He doesn't do this often!) I was so thrilled that I was able to take all 3 at the same time and so quickly! One by one, they got what they needed with friendly care and compassion! I'm so thankful that we didn't have to wait a long time, they were only 10 min away from me, and when I called they were readily available & answered quickly. I was introduced to this place by my beautiful sister in Christ, Danielle who diligently works there with her family. Everyone was so helpful and ready to assist. May this business continues to do wonderful things! Thank you again for helping me with my precious cat babies! God bless! 🐈🙏🙌”

“We cannot say enough wonderful things about Lyons Road Animal Hospital, Dr. Sara Gessner, and her team. Our family has been clients since Dr. Gessner first opened the practice many years ago, and the level of care, compassion, and professionalism has remained exceptional throughout the years. In a world where so many veterinary practices are being acquired by large corporations, it is reassuring to have a practice that still feels personal, compassionate, and genuinely focused on the well-being of both pets and their owners. Dr. Gessner takes the time to thoroughly explain everything, answer questions patiently, and make you feel completely comfortable with your pet’s care. It’s obvious how much she truly loves animals and how dedicated she is to providing the highest level of veterinary medicine. If you are looking for a veterinarian who combines expertise, compassion, and exceptional customer service, I highly recommend Lyons Road Animal Hospital and Dr. Gessner. They are truly the best!”
