Terrible customer service at the pharmacy. I had driven to the drive thru to ask for help grabbing medicine for my sick child. The women Silvia would not grab the product for me, looked at me like I was dumb for even asking and then insisted I had to go inside in the pouring rain to pick it up.

Prescriptions ordered in app not filled. Staff suggests we call instead, they know app
doesn't work. So why doors Walgreens even have an app?
Otherwise inconvenient store, most medicine is locked up, pharmacy wait times are extremely long.
Nothing works.
Staff is polite though.

I missed more than 48 hours of my prescribed antibiotics because the pharmacy did not have the full medication, gave me only a partial fill, and did not notify me when the rest was ready.
I tried to transfer to another Walgreens, but they could not release it because the original store kept the prescription closed. The pharmacy called for over 30 minutes with no answer. I am signed up for notifications but never received one. The store manager also refused to speak with me.
Because of this, my symptoms have returned. This is a serious safety issue, and I request investigation, corrective action, and a response from district management.

absolutely the worst pharmacy they don’t answer the phone. Prescriptions are never on time. People are rude. Alternatives are not any better so I’m sort of stuck.

This location is severely lacking in communication. You could literally be standing right in front of the pharmacist and they do not communicate with you they also will not call your doctor just to discuss a question they have you not recommended for CPP

No customer service at all. After I ordered online 4 items, when I came to pick it up the order only had 2 items. The employee at the register told me to go to the isle and look for the reading glasses to confirm that they don't have in stock. My surprise was when I found to pairs (not even 1) very visible for everyone. When I took them to the register I requested my discount of 15%, that I get online. If you are thinking about getting your prescriptions filled at this location think again.
To be fair, every employee at this location outside of the pharmacy employees is excellent, including Freddy, the store manager.
However, the complete opposite can be said of people working at the pharmacy. You will likely wait close to 30 minutes for somebody to answer the phone, and if the person that answers the phone is Elishia, the pharmacy operations supervisor, be prepared to be disrespected and treated condescendingly.

This pharmacy is frustrating to deal with. I waited in line for 35 minutes with 10 people ahead of me, and only one employee assisting customers. Eventually, a second employee stepped in to help.
I was trying to refill a prescription, but the employee refilled the wrong one(after I waited in line to be helped for a very long time). When I asked when my prescription would be ready, she gave me a vague response.. After pressing for a specific time, I realized she had made a mistake and also couldn't update my insurance information. I had to wait for another employee to assist me.
That employee told me I could refill a two-month supply and pick it up later, which I appreciated since it meant avoiding another long wait. However, when I returned, a different employee said I could only pick up a one-month supply.
I understand that I dealt with three different people and that one was only helping due to the long line. Still, as someone who works long hours, this experience was incredibly frustrating.

By phone the pharmacy hardly ever answers promptly. Poorly service. The waiting time to be able to someone get on the phone is more than 12 minutes. We are talking about a team of 4/5 people. I went twice today and there is 2/3 people picking medication
Very disappointed with the poor management and performance running for the nurse in charge. Hardly smile I have to add.
