That did not happen when I walked into the store on Burnt Store Road. I was, however, lucky that Pam was there behind the counter. I was getting frazzled and she kindly wound up putting my numbers in manually efficiently, all while keeping a most pleasant attitude throughout our exchange.

I had such a great experience at the Burt Store Walgreens! The pharmacist was absolutely wonderful—caring, knowledgeable, and took the time to educate me about my medication. Her technician, a younger girl with a bright smile, was so kind and efficient when helping me with my paperwork. The young woman at the makeup counter who checked me out was equally friendly and positive, which made my Saturday afternoon visit so pleasant.
This Walgreens consistently provides excellent service and has such a welcoming team—I truly appreciate their kindness and professionalism every time I stop in!”
