“I had a great experience thanks to Yoilian S.! He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help me with my white SUV. I had these awful black spots on it (I’m pretty sure they were tar from a truck), and they were very noticeable. He took the time to explain the best membership option since it would let me come back as many times as needed to keep working on getting the spots removed. Every time through, he scrubbed like crazy to help get them off and never made me feel like I was inconveniencing him. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about helping customers the way he does. His outstanding customer service and dedication definitely deserve recognition. Thank you, Yoilian!”

“After reading reviews, it understand that the full service and self service are seperate. Im writing the review for two reasons. One, when I needed to get a smaller bill for the change machine, I went to see the cashier at the full service side (not knowing it was two seperate business'). She was a bit rude and short with me, explaining how she cant help with anything with the self serve side and stating she didnt know what bills I wanted. I asked for a 20 and three tens. She gave me two 20s, a 5, and five 1s. Obviously she is tired of the self serve issues, but I didnt think the rudeness was justified. Second reason for the review is to warn people of the self serve. Unfortanetly for Primo, a google search shows no other listing for the self serve wash, but they are seperate. The Vacuum ate my quarters, and costs $3 for 2 minutes. Most exspensine around. Also the vedning machines didnt work. After that I didnt even bother trying to actually wash my car. Dont bother with the self serve. I cant speak to the quality of the full service, but the cashier was not pleasant to speak with.”
