I came in on a whim, I was dropping off my friend to pick up her car, and figured I’d go in and ask for a quote on some work I needed done. Maddy the receptionist is so friendly and took all my info. Ryan is so nice… he called me back and quoted me $900 less than EuroTech for 3 services! He seemed really knowledgeable about my engine and problems they usually have. He did a great color match, and reconnected the stereo, electric sideview mirror, power window and air bag.Brett has a GI engineer vibe---- he "gets the assignment." “Hearing metal on metal is scary for anyone, after getting several $1,200-$1,800 quotes from other service centers near by , positive reviews to Tuffy tire and Auto gave me a sense of relief knowing these were the people to call! Carl, was super informative over the phone. Upon arriving I was attended to immediately after the customer in front of me was done being taken care of. The quote I received over the phone was the same I was told when arriving. Carl was honest and told me to wait before he could agree that the car would be serviced due to availability of the parts needed for my brake and rotor servicing. What was to be 2-3 hours of labor , I was out the door in little over an hour. During the servicing the mechanic took it upon himself to inform me of the severe condition of the brakes, he spoke with professionalism, respect, and super confident! From previous shops, I was scared to see the bill and hear the outcome. I went in with the need of brake pads and rotors being changed and I left with exactly that! Nothing more and nothing less! I was charged the exact amount that I was quoted twice, over the phone and the initial in person quote, not a penny more! I had my worries of my front brakes taken care of as the mechanic looked them over without hesitation even after he had finished servicing my car. Before leaving another assistant reminded me the importance of having brakes in better condition. Not only from my personal experience with them, but witnessing how they interact with other customers I can boughs that this is the place to go for your auto needs! “I have used them for work on my 2018 Audi S5 and my 2003 Porsche 911. Have always been happy with the work and the customer service level. Recently thought my Black on Black 2003 Porsche was not looking very sharp. Swirls from car wash ( I know shame on me) and lots or dulling and fading. Was considering a $2,000 refinish with ceramic coating. Asked what they could do. They said it would be $275 but honestly weren't sure they could get it to were I wanted it. Was delighted when I picked it up and it looked like it just came off the showroom floor. Fabulous job. Under promise over deliver!! Unheard of. Hats off. Highly recommend these guys.”
